i lost app 32 pounds over the passed six months yet, personally i barely notice any physical changes, yet, many of my clients just see me and notice the changes that i have made over the passed few months. i never quite enjoyed exercising ever since young so i tried watching my favorite movies and music videos which helped to pass the time soooo much more faster. although i still want to lose another 20 pounds, im worried to how i am going to keep my healthy habits for the rest of my life
@eyescaps34 I know! I feel the same, I loss confidence when I started gaining weight, now my partner is encouraging me to try diet plans. Now I'm currently using the programs offered by WeightLossAction. Info, and so far I am seeing great improvements.

I love to hear positive words about how to include exercise into my daily life. I am a young woman and very overweight. One of the main reasons why I'm over weight is because I have thyroid problems. I am taking thyroid meds and it's taking a while to get my thyroids at a good level where I can lose weight without the meds affecting my heart. It's really been a tangled web for me, but I still keep on exercising. Thanks for the postive words Andrea, I need all the encouragement I can get.

I bet you that this lady knows all about the Secret. I found out about it 7 weeks ago. I don't diet or eat processed foods. I do exercise regularly and I have lost 15 pounds. It seems like a diet isn't meant to work unless you plan to eat that way forever. Look at Opera.
Dieting and working out makes you stressed thus the essential need for relaxation - I completely agree!!
I've always sabotaged my weight loss by not relaxing - my super fit mom would make me feel guilty for "sitting around". But after watching you video, it makes all the sense in the world Andrea. Dieting and exercising is stressful and we need to take time to center ourselves.
