ive seen a few of these how-to-tie cable cords videos are yours has been the best! really simple way of showing it, and your method of using your whole arm to twist really shows it clearly. thanks a lot!
This techneque in the Australian Lighting Industry is know as Reverse Rolling. Not sure what is called else where. Basically your doing a Normal Loop and then a reverse loop and keep on repeating! Hard to show on camera aint it?
If you do this again Try not to use a Black cable and wear a Black Shirt it makes it hard to see what your doing :)
