Very informative. However like most history taught these days it was edited for Christianity. Nothing was said about the 7 million the church of England spent building schools after the foster act or the fact the pretty much all the voluntary schools were funded or voluntary run by Christians.
completely agree everything is edited away from christianity now which isnt right
they dont like christianity but they are so afraid of offending muslims blacks etc...
i dont have anything against any other religion i am christian myself but they dont give a darn about christianity most of the time which angers me anyway you have a great point
The Factories Act 1833 PRECEDED the Victorian era which is 1837-1901. Victoria's birth year 1819 is hardly relevant to education policy.
