Sorry, but this takes very little skill. You've just applied a bunch of filters to a video of yourself and then put it on youtube in various guises. watch?v=74IkZPMIOoA&feature=related looks far less artistically accurate, but took more skill, and the motions still look real.
@lamontatkins He didnt use filters.. he uses illustrator. There is a line search option which makes each picture into vectors, and thats how he can detach himself off that wall so easy..
I actually didn't use a plugin, but I did use Adobe After Effects 7.0 and Adobe Illustrator CS2. You can find the instructions on CreativeCow . net by searching for "Cartoonification". Good luck!

just a tip, you shouldve deinterlaced it first, which i think you mightve done, just the "original footage" was interlaced

I agree. Rotoscoping usually results in far less detail which adds to the effect.
