@lukemn29 Yeah - I got no skills! For some reason the sound isn't synched. It is when I view the video from my main file, but when it hit YouTube, it changed. Oh well. Smoke a little weed and it will all be good.

Gee for a minute there I thought all the biker cops were heading to the station for lunch........ I often wonder why the secret service doesn't have their own motorcycle protection group it would leave the city or state cops to do their job in the city that pays them oh yes and their own ambulance too

The back windows are opened because inside the suv there's a tactical team and they have to be able to respond in the blink of an eye. If they need to shoot they shoot that's why the windows are always open. Also note that some of the suvs have a machine gun turret that pops out the top
