Black men as a whole, some are hard working, most are in prison or in jail. Our communities do not flourish because woman are forced to take on the impossible( a mans role). Affirmative action is needed in the black community due to all the fatherless children from successful black men who lost their jobs and the thugs that dominate the image of the successful black man.
