Note to all... you can actually hit their riot shields twice before they can even get you. so when they charge time it right and you will ricochet them right off then go in for the kill while they are stunned. this way you can wait it out if you want and have your team attack.

The last flashbang part is a bit risky. I just stood there for 20-30 seconds with my shield and let my team take care of em'.
