Well Kurt Cobain did contribute a lot to the Foo Fighters. Just listen to their first album, and if you can't hear Nirvana's influence then you obviously don't listen to Nirvana. Not to mention Dave Grohl recorded the Foo Fighters' very first EP, "Marigold," while still with Kurt Cobain.

Now, to all the haters of Cobain here, as soon as you become and influential enough musician to inspire your OWN GENRE, not band, GENRE, you can hate on whoever the fuck you want. Until then, you aint shit

If spmeone says something you don't agree with- then ask him (or her) what it is exactly they don't like about a particular band or song or artist? They may have an intelligent reason to hate something that you love - so please don't call them shit - it just lowers our opinion of you.
