I attended the SMART conference in Conn. where approx 50 people showed up, 40 of which were MKULTRA victims (first batch). They are in their 50's to 60's, and struggling to survive with MPD, PTSD. Intelligent people who lay low and survive. The two victims testimony I uploaded, one was shot in the stomache in her living room, both have gone underground. The govt. keeps tabs on them. There are books, Kathleen Sullivan, Brice Taylor, others.
