  • It's sad the guy with the gun points it at powder, he must not know what powder is capable of doing...never underestimate people, regardless of their look, talk, walk, or way of life, you never know what a person is capable of doing...

  • should be someone who can exchange the energy of the horror of a victim before his death and pass it to her attacker

  • Hunt to eat. Animals do it. It's only bad if you do it solely for sport.

  • I had a teacher who was a hunter, after he would kill a deer he would go over and pray and thank the deer for giving all of the food and supplies he would get from it.He'd use every bit of it and was very meticulous about not wasting anything of it.I feel if there were more hunters like that,we wouldn't have assholes who felt the need to kill just to kill to get aggression out, that's what a punching bag is for.

  • Don't point a gun at one of the Boondock Saints

  • I hunt my food in the super market...does that make me bad?? :)

  • @caseybricker Not if it's vegan ... (-:

  • lol why would they just stand there

  • I am soooo luvin these negative comments about hunters! Heartless Bastards they are!

  • This is an incredibly powerful, moving film. 15 years later, I find myself still crying during this scene.

  • Most hunters claim that they hunt for food, well, I surely don't buy that. Taking pleasure in killing animals I find disturbing, I am not against gun ownership, but sure wish that every hunter feels the pain those that are hunted down experiences. Hunting doesn't make the man a man, it just makes him a coward, because why would a man need a weapon to kill? Real men don't. Might as well hunt down people to, and how would that be any different? Your still taking a life aren't you? 4 the thrill.

  • damn I wish I had that power; up here in the North, we still see morons hunters with the deer head on them pickup hood during deer season. very nice.

  • You know what Powder could use more of? A spoon to the face.

  • This World Needs More " Powder " ~~~ and I'm NOT taking about that crap people shove up their noses !!!!

  • Men! What an impotent joke!

  • i still have not met a hunter who wasn't a complete asshole. why? are they just bullies with guns. these sick people can't push society around. so, killing animals in the forest makes them feel powerful. bullies are the same everywhere. and they always pick on the weak and outnumbered.

  • @Hip48Xn3 Sadly, I can claim the same. Not ALL but most hunters I've met have been assholes -- or at least asshole-esque! :-) I've met very few of the hunt-just-for-food, full of gratitude, see the big picture sort ... most just want to play with guns & have 'power'.

  • @Hip48Xn3 you can beleive what you want but don't stereotype all hunters the same. I live in rural america and I see wildlife daily and I still hunt but I do see people who go about it like little commandos, they are usually from the city . I also see the disease and starvation that comes from overpopulation and recognize hunting as a role I must play because of the lack of natural predators. I don't like killing! it is more humane than the alternatives, if I act responsibly.

  • so sick of everyone being so prejudiced against people who are different, glad the movie handled it!

  • One of my favorites...saw it for the 3rd time today; wish all of humanity was like this main character - Powder.

  • Sad to say, many people are like the man who Powder grabbed....

    1) Hunting is not for the hunt. Hunting is for survival. A good hunter only hunts what he needs, and it's not for sport. It's for survival. Only sick people, lacking compassion, hunt and kill things for sport. Some animals do do hunt for fun, but they don't know any better. We are human for a reason.

    2) Good hunters don't allow their prey to suffer. He should have killed the deer as soon as he got to it, to put it out of pain

  • I just finished watching the whole movie POWDER on YouTube I did not cry like this in my whole life when watching a movie. I cried yes.... but not like this. God this movie is amazing for its story, creativity, morals and actors. I wish they would have shown how the bad kid acted after Powder killed him and gave him life again I mean we saw that he understood all when he grabed Powder's arm after but still I wanted to see more. This is one of my favorite movie of all time.

  • I dont mind you hunting to eat. Not to simply kill. It defeats the definition of "Hunting."

  • "Put a baby in a crib with an apple and a rabbit. If the baby eats the rabbit and plays with the apple, I'll buy you a new car." -- Richard the Big Bunny

  • @bunnytube The baby has not learned how to prepare the rabbit as food, it is a baby, the baby probably will not eat the apple either, again it is a baby. SO in all actuality, the baby will probably play with both. Now, put cooked meat and sliced apples in a crib with the child, it will eat both

  • @WiccanLyte "Prepared" = not natural

  • nobody mentioned anything about Empath here?

  • @stigdumig Em-who?

  • @bunnytube Empathic, one who is able to feel the emotional state of another living being whether human or animal.

  • 3:45 he has the rifle aimed at the mans head

  • @2560dantheman if you're going to insult people and call them morons, you might want to spell the word which describes what kind of morons they are correctly. Otherwise it makes people wonder who the bigger moron is. lol

  • wow powerful scene. someone posted another on facebook which lead me to this. Think I wanna watch this movie now, looks great.

  • This looks like a good movie.

  • black guy never seen until the last seconds lol. why would a black family live in this hick town anyways? whateva, good film.

  • Brilliant! I've got to see the whole film!

  • Plants also live and breathe and eat and reproduce. Plus they are much more defenseless than life that is mobile and has horns and teeth and hooves; Who speaks for them?

  • @rchalker Google your own answer. It's on every single vegetarian FAQ. In brief, plants don't have nervous systems or brains. They cannot think, SUFFER or experience pain -- so, until we learn better or different, they are a better choice than animals.

  • @bunnytube Humans are omnivores, our bodies were built to eat meat. As far as the plants dont suffer bit, i would have to disagree being my religion believes otherwise. But I do agree that animals in slaughter houses are suffering. I personally do not appreciate them being treated with such disrespect and hate. They are what helped to keep the human race alive by providing our ancestors with food, shelter, and weapons.

  • @WiccanLyte Our bodies have much more in common with herbivores ... which has already been stated about four times in these comments. We were not meant to eat meat -- we've evolved a *tolerance* for eating it ... but it still causes colon cancer, heart attacks, etc. Plants don't suffer -- they CANNOT suffer -- they have no nervous systems or brains. And all religion is superstitious nonsense ... tell a friend! :-) You're right about food, shelter and weapons but ... hello, it's 2011! EVOLVE.

  • @bunnytube We have teeth designed to pull flesh from bones, we have enzymes within our genetic make up made for breaking down of tissue. Meat offers proteins that cannot be found within most plants. It is not the meat that causes colon cancer but the chemicals that are injected into the meat that causes not only colon but other cancers, heart attacks, etc. Meat alone is not the cause for this. As far as religion being superstitious nonsense, hello it's 2011..EVOLVE ;-)

  • @WiccanLyte Our four tiny little 'canine' teeth are more evidenciary of cracking nuts and such than ripping flesh. Our teeth don't look even remotely like that of the lion, the wolf, etc. Our teeth DO match herbivores though ...

  • @bunnytube Our incisors are designed to rip flesh from bone, our molars are designed for crushing, which is what one would do with a nut is to crush it. I am not sure how your teeth look, I am certain they are white and perfect, but I and many other members of my family have very distinct "canines". Now I am not trying to bust up what you so strongly believe, I am merely sharing what I know of human physiology

  • @WiccanLyte Human incisors look like that of apes & monkeys [vegetarians] and not at all like cats & dogs [omnivores] ... unless you're a werewolf! I just saw Fright Night ... (-:

  • @bunnytube @WiccanLyte but some apes and monkeys eat meat too...and was Fright Night any good?? I want to see it lol

  • @WiccanLyte No, apes & monkeys only *incidentally* eat meat ... as in, cannibalism whist warring ... they do not *subsist* on meat whatsoever. Fright Night was better than I expected. It is a proper film and not just a blood & gore fest! :-)

  • @bunnytube Apes and monkeys hunt. it is in their nature..and have you seen their teeth? they have teeth like those of a predator...sweet!! i will have to go check it out, i was kinda iffy about it at first...arent you glad we can have these friendly debates?? lol

  • @WiccanLyte Oh, they do not! Where are you getting this stuff? Apes - "Their diets vary - gorillas are foliovores while the others are all primarily frugivores; although the common chimpanzee does some hunting for meat (but this is not the norm). Foraging behaviour is correspondingly variable." Monkeys - "Diets differ among the various species but may contain any of the following: fruit, leaves, seeds, nuts, flowers, eggs and small animals (but mostly insects and spiders)."

  • @bunnytube Have you seen their teeth? And are insects and spiders not some form of meat? And yes, apes and monkey do in fact hunt. Different chimp groups have developed hunting tactics for trapping their prey. Some chimps will stay within the tree canopy and focus on trapping their prey into a corner. The group will actually separate, part of the group will remain on the ground while the group(s) within the canopy split up and outsmart their prey..

  • @WiccanLyte That is not typical behaviour for chimps or apes.

  • Their hunting is possibly the most advanced hunting within the animal kingdom

  • @bunnytube Every person on this planet has a different belief. I have never told you that your beliefs are wrong. I would appreciate the same respect. With all do respect, this shouldn't be a debate of ethics and morals but a discussion of Powder. I am not interested in changing your views on what humans are meant or not meant to eat just as you will not change my views on it. To each his own, but do not judge people simply because they eat meat. After all, we all bleed red..

  • @WiccanLyte You are entitled to your own beliefs ... YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO YOUR OWN FACTS.

  • @bunnytube They are not MY own facts...just so you know. And what are FACTS if not a set of BELIEFS

  • @WiccanLyte FOR EXAMPLE --> Belief: "The earth is flat!" -- Fact: The earth is round. (-: That sort of thing ...

  • @rchalker thats fucking stupid

  • wow he made that man felt the the pain of the dear

  • go vegan!!

  • powder is a freak

  • @mfole21 Life would be dull without a few freaks.

  • @2560dantheman haha, you retard. Yes, we kill to eat, but a lot of hunters kill just for sport. Didn't you hear the hunter? "a good hunter don't hunt for the kill, a good hunter hunts for the hunt". Intentionally killing an animal for any other reason than to eat it is wrong, you dickhead. Humans are so egotistical that they need to kill animals to remind themselves that they're more advanced than a defenseless creature. And yes, animals are DEFENSELESS against guns.

  • I understand the scene of this movie. beyond the surface of things. Life being taken. Pain being felt in a way never experienced before. Being connected to the brink of death. Being able to see life with a new pair of eyes. I'll say this movie is a classic in its own way.

  • If only this could happen to all hunters. Hunters are such mother fuckers. They make animal suffer for no reason. Hunting is legalized murder.

  • @larcm3 not when they plan on eating their prey, hunting is perfectly fine if you dont make the animal suffer and eat it afterwards

  • @Trollin4Evar so if you are sincere about that then the same should go for a cannibal who wants to eat you.

  • @larcm3 Hunting is essential to keep the food chain balance from going out of whack. People want to kill off predators, yet predators keep the other animals from reaching numbers too great and destroying the environment. In that way, hunters are essential too. For instance, we may have to hunt down a species too plentiful to help the other animals and environments survive. Hunting can be a good thing. It isn't murder.

  • @Silthrith The "food chain" is a construct and nature is self-adjusting -- just as humans might kill themselves off by ignoring global warming (despite increasingly understanding it but doing bugger-all about it). The earth will carry on! The 'food chain' doesn't depend on HUMANS eating animals any way. Most of our meat comes from the unnatural environments of factory farms. Humans sorta' suck all round, it seems. We know better but don't do better! WE SUCK.

  • @larcm3 So your saying Tribal cultures are murderers for hunting food? What about other animals, such as Lions, Wolves, Tigers, Sharks? Are they murderers too? They're hunters aren't they? Oh wait, I think you mean civilized people. No they shouldn't hunt. After all we slaughter cattle and fowl wholesale. Stick them side by side in cramped quarters and just slaughter them for food. I guess if this can only happen to anything that consumes meat, right?

  • @QBALL85 I totally agree with what you're saying. I am vegetarian but hunting for food is far more humane than then the disgusting cruel industry which manufactures meat for sale. At least the hunted animal has had some quality of life in the wilderness before it dies whereas cows, sheep, chickens, pigs etc. raised for food have a miserable existence right to the end. If someone opposes hunting they should divert their energy instead to the deplorable methods of factory farming

  • @larcm3 Ok go back to the past and tell everyone that hunting is bad and if they beleive you we would all be dead

  • @TheCraig12365 Well, the past is the past. We know better and we REALLY should do better. In the past, we subjugated women, enslaved entire races of people and probably ate each other ... so let's focus on today and a better future ... for us and the other animals of the Earth.

  • One of the greatest movies ever made!!!

  • i love this movie,i dnt care wat no one says.

  • @2560dantheman "RISE ABOVE YOUR ANIMAL NATURE" We have stalked and killed each other, mankind since the beginning of man, but it still does not make it right.

"The squirrel you kill in jest dies in earnest"Henry David Thoreau

  • @TylerFisk1 Which animals & why? Dogs? Humans? Aardvarks? Cats? American bald eagles? Chasing them down, killing them with your hands & teeth and eating them *raw* as "nature" intended?

  • Damn, that dude looks exactly like the Observer from the Fringe show.

  • My favorite scene! Still gets me. I wish this would happen to every hunter. Isn't it ridiculous that its perfectly acceptable and normal to teach kids to kill animals? Lord, lord!

  • I could never shoot an animal, just as I couldn't shoot another human being. I think everyone should be forced to go visit a country that's at war so that they would realize the reality of killing - young men who've had their leg torn of by a sharpnel, their intestines coming out of their stomach, screaming in pain, not that bullshit *heroism* and *patritionism*. Maybe then we could learn to symphatize with other creatures too.

  • Someone should have gripped Dick Cheneys arm when the twin towers were being blown up.

  • that was fascinating

  • I love this film this scene pleased me immenselty when he made him feel the animals suffering bravo!

  • You may not believe it but hunters put more money and effort into maintaining wildlife then PETA who is more interested in gathering media attention. I don't enjoy killing, nether do most others I have hunted with. We enjoy the challenge and reward. I believe we put more attention into caring for the earth and the creatures we hunt then most people who just talk about it. There are those who get off on killing, but they aren't your average hunter.

  • @dayvconsir peta may be full of sht but you definately are

  • I cannot believe I just watched this gay piece of shit

  • @Slapppppp Thank you for the thought-provoking and reasoned response to the film clip! Although I am sorry to disappoint you: Neither these characters nor any of the actors are gay ... so no butt-love for you, I'm afraid.

  • @Slapppppp Says a lot about yourself, doesn't it?

  • @Slapppppp this is the best damn movie ever, now go fuck your butt buddy

  • @pbccottons Bum-love *rocks* !!! :-)

  • @Slapppppp Compassion for animals is intimately connected with goodness of character; and it may be confidently asserted that he who is cruel to animals cannot be a good man.

    --Arthur Schopenhauer

If you have men who will exclude any of god's creatures from the shelter of compassion and pity, you will have men who will deal likewise with their fellow men.

    --St. Francis of Assisi

  • @Slapppppp DIAF.

  • "hey dumbass: you have the rifle pointed at the humans at the end of the scene!"

is what I want to say at the end.

of course this is on purpose cuz it shows even more how we humans are killing ourselves through out lack of empathy.

  • Everyone on the planet should watch this scene, then they would understand that every living being has feeling and emotions, exactlly like humans xo

  • This is Good movie . But clownhouse..not that good for a horror flick

  • this is got to be the best movie of all time.

  • as usual the "tough" guys have to go after this kid in a group. reminds me back in 1972 when i was 15 and was the only hispanic kid to move into a small town in N.J

for a week there would always be 4 kids yelling "spic go home" throwing cans

at me then i just walked over to them with my dad's small 3 lb fish club and split open the face of the closest one,the others ran and left him there. police came to my apt but i wasn't charged(self defense)kid i hit got 8 stitches and left me alone

  • Sigh...

  • The only thing I wish about this scene is that Powder would have told the hunters that's the pain the deer was in, because as it was the hunters probably missed his whole point and just thought HE was doing it.

  • @Zeolahn Well at the end of the movie the deputy explain to the sheriff what Powder did. The deputy explained that powder made hime feel the deer's death.

  • That's not a clean kill at all! Gotta make sure it stops kicking!

  • It seems the closest thing we had to having a powder was Michael Jackson. I mean, seriously think about it; like Powder Michael was child like, pale (vitiligo), innocent, soft spoken, kind, caring, loved the planet and animals.

  • Great film, I have always wanted to teach some hunters a lesson. I mean, even my dad Hunts for just killing..it is so wrong >.<

  • THIS IS MY FAVORITE SCENE IN A MOVIE, BUT LOOK UP THE MAKER OF THIS MOVIE ON WIKIPEDIA, THE GUY WHO MADE THIS MOVIE MOLESTED BOYS, AND IS A REGISTERED SEX PREDATOR...........ITS REALLY CREAPY THAT SOMEONE OF THIS MIND COULD CREATE THIS GEM.......ITS LIKE A GHOUL MONSTER FARTING OUT A DIAMOND GEM..............

  • 3:30 THE TRUE EYES OF A JEDI

  • This movie is a fucking masterpiece

Merci.

  • @RainbowForMyFriends Avec plaisir!

  • This movie is so underrated

  • No one needs to eat meat. It's not the right thing to do to take away another living things life, whether you think it is good for you or not and the meat industry has a clever way of brain washing people including me at one point.

    Meat is the forbidden fruit.

Eating Meat = cancer, high cholesterol, heart disease and worst of all detachment, killing and war

What's wrong with the world is that nobody cares enough, its that simple.

  • @poppadompeach well, you better go tell mr. shark and mr. tiger they better quit it! cause they don't care and if they had any morals they would stop it right now! i liked how you compared wars to eating meat. America is the bread basket of the world and if they were to randomly stop supplying the rest of the world you think there wouldn't be any wars? ..hmmm

  • @beerwine69 And gorillas and elephants are vegetarian ... what's your point? Many of us believe violence begets violence -- it's a circle of cause & effect. People who care less about animals tend to care less about humans. People who are violent towards animals are almost always violent towards other people (see the prison population). We know better & we should do better -- as we're SUPPOSED TO BE smarter & more ethically evolved than tigers & sharks, etc.

  • @bunnytube ohhh yeahhh you're so fucking right, all the prehistoric tribes that hunted to feed they're tribes/family we're violent and killed their brothers you're so full of shit protein is good for the brain and as far as i am concerned there's more protein that meat could provide more than any other one kind of vegetable. there's a difference between killing an animal for food, such as my example not slaughter houses, than torturing an murdering an animal which is what they did ^^

  • @beerwine69

The beef industry contributed to more American deaths than all the wars of this century, all natural disasters, and all automobile accidents combined. If beef is your idea of `real food for real people,' you'd better live real close to a real good hospital.

    --Neal D. Barnard, M.D.

When we kill animals eat them, they end up killing us! their flesh, contains cholesterol saturated fat, was never intended for people.

--William C. Roberts, M.D.,The American Journal of Cardiology

  • @bunnytube there's a line between killing an animal for food than killing them for game which is murder imo...you don't go killing and torturing animals for no reason, so you're reply had nothing to do with what i meant. and not everyone how hunts goes and kills humans in fact i don't know anyone this is a dumb argument i've decided because even if you were bluntly wrong you never would be in your eyes

  • @beerwine69 Hey! Not everyone has to agree! I don't fkn care if he's vegetarian and you shouldn't either!

  • @poppadompeach I wonder why historically, when we discover bones of prehistoric or ancient people the healthier ones tend to be those who had a more meat-heavy diet. Hundreds of millions of people around the world today are malnourished in part because they don't get enough meat. I'm sorry but humans evolved as omnivores, and while I find killing and eating animals morally questionable, we can't pretend to be something we aren't. I support creating synthetic meat for the future though.

  • @IneptTroopr People are NOT malnourished because their diets lack corpses. THAT is rubbish.

  • Malheureusement ont as AUCUN POUVOIR SUR CERTAINES MORTS en j'en sais quelque chose !!!! si je pouvais REMONTER LE TEMPS CELA CHANGER BEAUCOUP DE CHOSES MAIS ONT A AUCUN POUVOIR POUR CELA !!!!!!!!!

  • @chavalero1 Word, yo! :-)

  • Im begging you guys to go an get a movie called the boondock saints an see power (sean patrick) kick some majjjor ass

  • Lol at NeoSanguis. I doubt that you've been to a factory farm, or else you wouldn't be preaching to the choir

  • Hunting should be illegal. Only kill something when we need to eat!!!

  • @EIIiot4199 Actually as much as I'm against killing, a lot of hunting is done to balance or lessen predators for the safety of other animal species. On the subject of whether we should eat meat or not, nobody needs to eat meat and especially red meat. Hopefully in the future people will move on ancient old traditions.

  • if you're still not a vegetarian go to meat.org and maybe that will convince you, also great info on goveg.com or peta.org

  • I also would live to have Power's Power....I would love to make everyone that hurts someone, anyone, FEEL what it is like to inflict pain.....Star

  • still one of my all time favorite scenes in any movie.

  • I'd argue with Neosanguis, but I can already tell that he's just too fucking stupid. He contends that a supposed nutritional need (arguable fodder for debate) should outweigh what others believe is their moral obligation. Yet many people are actually vegetarians to protest the cruelty that he advocates... and perpetuates. Ignorance IS bliss- until you realize you're ignorant- and I don't believe Neosanguis is as dense as he portrays himself. He argues for the peace of mind that he doesn't have.

  • That Hunter got his Deer Sausage through polarity arm caliber.

  • such an underated movie ...such a powerful scene...i really like this character . i shows us the need to get back to being humane and caring for life. we are a nation revolved around war and destruction. what if we somehow felt the death and destruction we inflict on other nations. picture yourself walking in iran or afghanastan for a day avoiding gunfire, dodging bombs & morter. having your limbs blown or losing your entire family for the sake of democracy. US = The Hunter

  • What I wouldn't give for Powders power of making 'hunters' feel EVERY bit of pain they inflict on a helpless deer.

  • @Dark13Trinity Amen, Dark Stuff! :-)

  • this always makes me tear up.

  • I think this is what most people should have to go through when they mistreat someone or something. They should know how it feels to have it done to them.

  • hhahaha... thats what you get fat bastard!!

  • i wish i had his power....

  • @Saijuri you do.

  • he most definitely shot it in self defence.killer deer are very dangerous

  • He had to kill the deer, it was coming right for him!

  • {vvvrrr} IT'S. COMING. RIGHT. FOR. US. {vvvrrr}

  • lmao..dats not true...lmao...ololololol....

  • @AJoeProduction no it was not retard

  • That's what EVERYBODY needs to feel when they kill an animal. EVERYBODY.

  • @wilsondylanmccartney I suppose we should all feel intense pain whenever we accidentally kill a bug or plant, or any form of life, if we are going to carry the concept of all life being equally valuable to its logical conclusion. I like the ideal of treating all life the same, but if we aren't going to be hypocritical, and include all life, it does get a bit ridiculous.

  • @IneptTroopr Oh, so the hunter "accidentally" killed the deer, then? Also, it gets tiresome having to explain this, but here goes: plants don't feel pain. See, that requires a CNS, a brain, something plants don't have. Your science lesson for the day.

  • @VeganMudblood And yet scientists have hooked polygraph machines up to plants, and proven that they react to our thoughts; If you hold an image in your mind of setting the plant on fire, the machine will show reactions similar to what a human would display if it were having a panic attack. It's also been discovered that certain mushrooms learn to find food in a maze, and will grow towards it...I think your science lesson is a bit out-dated!

  • @MaynardMouse Ha! No animal or plant can 'read your mind' -- that's rubbish. Perhaps we might give off an aggression hormone they can detect but I'm not about to believe your voodoo brainwaves story! :-) Plants growing towards water or nourishment isn't news to anyone, I believe. Complex mushrooms networks underground *is* interesting though -- there are single fungi that grow massively underground.

  • @MaynardMouse Plants don't have a pulse or produce sweat, so it doesn't even make sense that they were "hooked to polygraph machines." A deer is as innocent as a human child, and should be offered the same protections---all animals should.

  • @wilsondylanmccartney I don't know about EVERYBODY. Just prick hunters like the people in the movie. Those who still use all of the animal that is useable, ex fur, meat, bone, etc., and actually are thankful are good. For example Indians. hahaha

  • This is one of my favorite scenes from a movie ever. I always remember this scene and mention it to people.

  • he was making the guy feel the animals pain, that is what all people feel without even knowing it,,

everytime they kill something living or eat dead flesh, the pain that creature felt, goes into u..

  • @SovereignBeing He wasnt making him feel the pain, he was making him feel the fear. And no, if you kill something, or eat dead flesh, you dont feel the pain that creature felt. You're on the right track, but not quite there yet.

  • @FUUPTHEA -- I disagree. I think he was being shown a glimpse of the pain & the fear.

  • @bunnytube Agreed.

  • I Tell You This Movie Always Made Me Cry It's Really Sad and Fucked Up

  • I hear people say all the time how animals don't feel anything and that things don't really ever hurt them, but it make perfect sense that they would. They have brains, they have nerves, therefore, they have pain. Empathy is a skill some people need to learn to practice.

    Powder - WIN

    Hunter - FAIL

  • @PhoenixBorealis who is ignorant enough to believe that a warm blooded animal that breathes air and has a pulse doest feel anything. how obsurd

  • @PhoenixBorealis beautifully put!

  • God this scene killed me when I was a kid

  • Freakin' looooooove this movie and scene! I find it profound since the hunter said it was a clean kill, him moving is just his nerves, and that it feels no pain. Then he actually feels the pain, and crawls away sobbing like a little girl that just got raped. Truly motivational moment.

  • havent seen this movie in a longgg time would like to see it again sometime soon

  • Merci Carmen4thepets

    Merci beaucoup por cette video.

    Formidable.

  • What an incredibly powerful scene. Easily one of the best in movie history, and from a great movie too.

The hunters act all big and bad, when when he get to feel what that deer felt, he's a whimpering heap.

    never a stronger message

  • @WildlifeDen Yes its comforting to know that one day all these "Tough" and "hard" types will get to feel evrything theve put out.

  • Redneck crawling across the ground crying like a girl - EXCELLENT.

  • Amazing clip...I love how Powder makes the hunter feel what the deer is feeling...the pain and the terror.

  • And people wonder why i'm a vegetarian....Why I disagree with hunting. Its common sense to me.

I has never made sense to me, to eat another.

  • This is one of the reasons I don't eat meat or hunt anymore. Plus, it just takes to damn long. I don't feel like waiting in the forest for 5-8 hours for something that I wouldn't even eat anyway. I'll just go to the store and get some boca (soy) burgers.

And the saturated fat and cholesterol...man, I got heart disease on BOTH sides of the family, my heart can't handle that shit.

I still love to shoot my guns though. You don't need to eat meat in order to practice a constitutional right.

  • I have never forgotten this part of Powder since the moment I first watched it

    Breathtaking and Important

  • I think that starting at 2:45 to 4:19 are some of the most powerful images ever shot on film. This whole movie is filled with powerful, true, honest, humanity, moments in it. I love this film one of the best ever made i think. Everyone should see this film at least once in their life, sometime in their youth.
