The First Amendment has nothing to do with this mosque. The First Amendment says that Congress will make no law regarding religion (yet they granted religions tax free status, clearly unconstitutional).
Congress isn't going to do anything about this mosque. The people will. We will stop it. The Constitution allows us to stop it, with the well regulated militia promised to us in the Second Amendment.

It can be hard to find what you are looking for. Not any more! All the information you need can be found by using CraigsList Reader. You will be able to search multiple locations and categories at once. Searches are fast, and you can search thru the whole world, or narrow your search down to a state or city. You can search by using locations, categories, or headings.
If you want to search on craigslist then you need to download craigslist reader. Just search craigslist reader on google.
