That's in E minor, but the Jodeci songs I know I'm kinda keeping close to the chest. If you know theory, I can give you the chords...PM me...

I'm very curious to what you mean "missing chords", the chords,are closer to Jodeci's version, but you can play with Stevie's version as well. If you want me to add 7ths, 2nds, 9ths, and other additions to the chords, I will lose alot of viewers. The key is Db Major, and Lately is done in many different keys, so perhaps that is what you are referring to.

I really followed the Jodeci Unplugged Version of this song, so it may not be 100% synced up with Stevie's version which may have additional chords.
