  • The clean, rust resistand properties of the stainles plates are also restricting the flow of energie, the conductivitie has to be increase.the scum can be clean.Copper ....

  • This test stands on its own... don't confuse it with other plates.. John AArons

  • Well John, you know im all for this angle..

more wire...more positive plates...more alternating between the positive plates and higher voltage and less amps..and then a vacuum chanber for hydrogen release, becuase now you are just desolving the hydrogen in the water again as its released..

    wire=more surface area...surface=hydrogen

  • I don't understand that comment... but I can see you don't understand the cell I am testing... so we are even...thanks..

    John AArons

  • I don't think that hydrogen can "dissolve" in water, it reacts with pure o2 forming water. The pure o2 is forming on the 2 plates to the right and left far from the wire so it does not touch the hydrogen. The bubbles are very small so they are able to move from the water to the air much faster and more consistently than if there were large bubbles.

  • You are right about Hydrogen... it cant dissolve.. John AArons

  • Thanks John. I didn't see your earlier videos on the fin, you have given me some new food for thought.

  • Thought is good... Let me know if you find anything interesting.. John AArons

  • i am making a center cell of holy stainless steel plates... in a cross., insulating the sides and running SS Mig wire round the outside. Will let you know what it produces...

    G.

  • Glad to hear that... try not to reinvent the light bulb. I believe that the answer is in the thin wire and the fact that the (+) is outside... let me know what happens... John AArons

  • I am having difficulty obtaining some thin Stainless wire John, I thought maybe point 6 mil mig wire... What did you use? Also, when you made this video you only showed the fin, would've liked to see the plates as well??

    Thanks again.

    G.

  • Go to the store and get picture hanging wire..and the plates are just two 6 by 12" stainless ... the plates are only half submerged... You can reach me at "johnaarons at hyderogen tap dot com ...John AArons

  • hi John, I also tested a wire type cell. and found that wire has to much resistance. which equals current drop the longer the wire. and heats up the water once the amp draw is high enough for decent gas production.

I dont mean to sound so negative, but these are just my findings.

I'm still testing my plate design, and I am think the same as a few others, the closer the better. I plan to post a new video soon.

John, you are exploring alot of avenues.

    Keep up the good work.

  • You have this backwards.. Don't use thicker wire.... use thinner wire... the thinner the better.. John AArons

  • Ok, I'll challege you to a test. Take any ONE of your plates and measure the resistance from end to end. Now cut 12 inches of your wire used in your "FIN" cell and measure its resistance. Let me(us) know. :-)

  • Why plates? why electrodes? peel the cable in the center make a spiral whit the peel section and turned on.

  • what would happen if you freeze the hole experiment into a solid chunk of ice and then turn it on?

  • We need more people like you ... thinkers..

    John AArons

  • If these configuration is more effective than the plate configuration?

  • At this point in time ... I am testing all avenues of Hydrogen Production... It would be a mistake to look at one over the others.. at the end we will know...each cell has its advantages.. John AArons

  • good job, john have you ever ran a couple of cells in parelell. the more cells you have the more volts the cells will hold after it is cut off.

  • The idea is to get one cell running than you can put the together... I do understand what you are saying... but I don't believe it makes a difference.... John AArons

  • Hi John. I use SS Mig Welding wire, and just got a spool of SS316L delivered, which will be in my next wire cell. Have you seen my videos?

Now you have me thinking wrapping a SS plate with the wire, plate anode, wire cathode, keeping the same distance away from the plate each winding. Maybe use a slit tube, or grooved Plexiglas on the ends of the plates as the gap-making material.

    Anyway, nice work as always.

  • This cell opens up many new ways ....

Write me at "johnaarons at hydrogen tap dot com" I would be interested in your video.

  • I wonder what the output will be if u use only wire. 2 wires, one + other -, 0.125 apart, winded in a coil of 0.5. That one in a coil of 0.75 in a coil of 1 etc. I think that 'sharp' edges give off more gasses than flat surfaces. (perhaps even grinding a plate to make it surface less smouth might make a difference)

  • I tried that .... no change..

    John AArons

  • That was a very interesting project, thank you and keep up the good work!

  • Thanks for your interest... John AArons

  • Ok now I see I couldn't see the plates on the sides of the container in the other videos I wonder if the wire was wound in a symmetrical coil no crossing of the wire if it would increase production just an idea

  • I used to think this stuff could work, but then I studied physics, and learned that it is just not practicle.

  • I am glad you have your own mind... but I don't believe you understand... There are many ways "we" are using Hydrogen... so your blanket statement is invalid.. I thank you for your comment... John AArons

  • John- Have considered using a stainless steel comb as your positive plate. A stainless steel concrete comb may be a useful material for this purpose. It will provide multible edges which seem to deliver the most hydrogen. Your work is very well done and very interesting. Keep it up you are on to something.

  • Thanks...keep watching... John AArons

  • Great work Aaron.

Have you experimented with the optimum distance between the positive and negative diode?

I would think that the less distance the more you produce.

Remembering that thedistance have to be great enough to charge the "capasitor" to the maximum until the dialectric material ie. the water shorts out and the volts is converted into amps.

  • The wire changes a lot .... distance is or has to bee looked at ... John AArons

  • Great work. Be carefull producing hydrogen its pretty flamable and the amount you are producing you should have some ventilation.

Have you thought about a tightly wound coil inside a tube where the tube is the positive?

Have you thought about pulsing the positive shift at the natural frequency of water at 6.6 K Hertz?

  • It is on my list.... keep watching...

    John AArons

  • very interesting ....and yea stick it to the man......what is the voltage on this and amps also is this straight tap water sorry if I missed that part Ive been up all night watching and studying your other videos thanks again for the research

  • I only use "distilled water" now...with "Lye".

    Thanks for your interest.
