Figured it out. It was cloaked. Old school light spectrum analysis will not detect it. Look for a 3 dimensional space disturbance anomaly. A Klingon Bird of Prey? And it's stalking our Space Shuttles!!

for the same reason we don't see stars in the city. as our eyes, or a camera focuses it adapts to see the brightest objects, the earth reflects large amounts of sunlight so does the moon, it simply 'drowns out' any starlight. in daytime the stars are still there, but we can't see them. if the shuttle were at the dark side of the earth you'd probably see lots of stars.

I saw it! I saw it! If you put your face right up to your monitor, you can see the UFO passing from left to right! It appears to have a large saucer like section in the front attached to a lower cigar-shaped structure, with two cylindrical sections attached to the lower half via vertical pylons. load the film focus beneath earth to the left of the tail fin, then grab the frame scroller thingy and move it from 1.59 to 2.19, scroll back and forth and you can see something but i'm gonna conclude that it aint no mother ship

If you enlarge and scrub the video you can see that they are indeed clouds, they are always there and don't just appear, they are moving exactly the same rate as the earth and can be seen faintly coming into view. It just an odd angle looking thru the atmosphere.

It's inconclusive for me. Watching the upper left corner, I noticed a slight pulsing of one dot between :44 and :54. These tiny clouds seem to materialize within seconds and move slightly independently of one another as compared to other larger clouds in the video. From 1:17 to 1:29, two of the more horizontally-shaped clouds in the upper left appear to wobble and pulsate slightly, perhaps from rotation. However, it's hard to tell if these observations are due to video compression artifacts.
The clouds aren't moving themselves...it's how the earth is rotating, it looks like they're moving into position. However, it IS an interesting phenomenon, to have clouds in a neat little circle like that. :)

look in the upper left, when the objects start appearing at about 30 seconds they are just bright balls forming a triangle and a circle if you watch closely then at about 1:20-1:40 in you can see the semi invisible dropa stone objects. If you are familiar with the tesla video you know it well. Spread this video around.
How can it be that other clouds are stationary and of large volume yet these smaller circular objects are appearing rapidly in an organized formation and in a very secluded sector of the atmosphere? Natural cloud formation hardly develops so quickly in an isolated area while their neighboring clouds remain so calm. Definitely not cloud formation. The other possible explanation: a troop of UFO exiting the earth's atmosphere.
