I think its a great job, notice that is NYFA i dont think you guys should complain about the music, what do you expect, getting a musician to do the soundtrack? its a grat short film

Pretty good, but I would think that NYFA would not let you use music from American Beauty. Full Sail doesn't recommend it.

I think the piece they use as theme was K-PAX though not American Beauty. The other pieces may of been from American Beauty but I think that main one is K-PAX.

No. The main song was from American Beauty, and I think if someone finds music to use that works well with their film then they should use it regardless of where it came from. Nice work.

Well since this video is one that NYFA uses to highlight their film school I think its unexceptable to use music that was not your own. Its like saying "at our school feel free to rip stuff off" Colorado film school does not allow such and it makes you a better film maker because you are forced to find your own way. Hey there are plenty of want to be film composers out there that would gladly throw up a track for free for you. So do some research and save the face of your school.

i think is a waist of film, more if you think it's a shortfilm from a film school, where you are supposed to : a)create new lenguage, or at least use the already existind Griffith's lenguage correctly, anyway photo in the outsides its really good.

really good editing in the beginning, the light is very good. The soundtrack make it spectacular but...it is copyrighted. It is from a famous movie..and that's a pity. U should use copyright free music to make ur work even more valuable. Anyway great work.

The shot when Sean is driving to the farm where the headlights illuminate the fence was amazing. The way you caught the fog on the farm gave it that country look. The lighting in the hay loft was magnificant. The soundtrack is great. I'm really looking forward to how this ends up, just wanted to say keep up the great work!
