Sure we all want one, but really. I dont think its nice to have a monkey as a pet unless it had a bad beginning in life and needs rehabilitation, other than that I dont think its kind, belongs in the wild. :/
@flyingcowmanwhosucks Marmosets should NEVER be kept as a pet. They are not a domestic pet like a cat or dog. Please DO NOT encourage anyone to have a marmoset as a pet. If you truly loved your marmoset then you should encourage people to let them live in the WILD where they truly belong and where they are truly happy. I know that they are cute and intelligent, but that doesn't mean they deserve to be kept inside as our playthings. PRIMATES ARE NOT PETS!!!

He is not mistreating her or handling her roughly, she the monkey was even licking his hand. Monkeys are not stupid, if she was being treated roughly or badly she would not have lovingly clung to him like that, baby or not.

I recommend a marmoset as a pet until, it reaches maturity. Onces its hormones have came into it will possibly turn on you no matter how much attention you give it at a young age. Just do your research before you buy one of these beautiful animals. I have 4 of them. They have been really great pets until they become sexual mature.
@gb4life I don't agree on your comment about sexual maturity. Like humans that reach their teenage years, you will go through tough times with them. But that is the commitment you make when getting a monkey. If you know what you doing they can be great rewarding pets for their entire life.
