  • Wow...USA f*ked. 1984? You bet.

  • Wow.... That's ridiculous!!!!

  • A groin check? Hand on his hip and inner thigh? People do this at airports? WHY?

  • @dtdelta24 ur doctor touched u woww

  • You stayed home and lost the money congrats!!! Send in the cost of the ticket to TSA

  • he is just a protestor that is out to harrass the TSA people, why doesn't he take a car or train.?

  • @ginnybruns with the expansion of tsa's powers even taking a car or train through certain locations you may still be subject to tsa searches with vipr teams. It is simple this is a violation of your constitutional rights, and that is the bottom line

  • Only my doctor can touch me!

  • im going to florida soon and im scared now to go through this

  • @MrMarcell77 FALSE CHOICE

    .

The actual choice is the 100% odds of being sex-groped by an SA stranger, or the 0.000000001% odds of dying at the hands of a terrorist (about the same odds as being hit by a rock falling from space). I would rather choose the latter, then the indignity of sexual assault

    .

You see I don't cower in fear of unlikely events. Neither should you. The truth is that you will probably die how 99.99% Americans die: heart attack, cancer, or car accident

    .

  • Do people give the CIA, FBI, DEA and other agencies this much crap? LOL

  • What a loser.

  • They should find another way

  • If anyone believes it is okay to give up essential liberties for security, then you don't belong in my country. U.S.A. get out of my country and send your tyranny elsewhere. Ben franklin said it and now I'm saying it. God Bless the Land of the Free and not the home of the wimps. You deserve neither our liberty or security if you sacrifice liberty

  • Cfxboxmoh, reading your comments makes me think that you've apparently missed a many physics classes, you're probably a redneck living in a trailer park, and never served military to defend our country. Let me explain to you every point of my assumptions; when you de-compress the aircraft cabin at 30000 ft above the ground, or when you freely drop an object over 200 tons from 30000 ft above the ground, you will not be able to protect your liberties and you worthless for your country dead.

  • @Marekmargiel1 And you have served in the military? I have friends and one family member in the army. That is completely irrelevant to what I was saying. Clearly the media has imprinted extreme fear into your mind. Which means you lack critical thinking, but you rely on your tv for your information. Answer me this what is a "terrorist" in your mind?

  • @Marekmargiel1 Also you have been decieved to believe that giving away our essential liberties, for security will keep us safe. We can keep our liberties and, maintain security by changing our foreign policy and, keeping big government out of our lives.

  • @MrMarcell77 What you are basically saying is that you are willing to give away your essential liberties, for security? So you enjoy going through high radiation body scanners, and being groped by by the T.S.A? I can tell you're just a kid and, still in the learning stages of your life. Never forget what this country was found upon, which clearly you seemed to have forgotten about. Welcome to Nazi America.

  • @cfxboxmoh when the fuck did you learn this? this has been a conspiracy since 9/11

  • @maxgame9001 You need to elaborate please. All I understood was bla bla bla. No but seriously I really would like to understand what you were trying to say.

  • How about we all grow up, there are many of us that would rather have security do their job and live another day. If your to scared because a public worker might touch Ur privates a little then you dont deserve to fly, get a life they are not giving u a hj or fingering u. What has society come to.

  • @Th5038 If you are so scared for your security, that you feel comfortable letting your child be subjected to one of these searches, then it is you that we need to worry about, not society. You should not have to give up a freedom, for the sake of security. I would encourage you to see how far your opinion is from what our country was founded on. What society has come to? It has come to a man politely refusing to be assaulted and then being threatened with a case against him.

  • american law and politics are soooooo stoopid. they even rape the pilots at the checkpoints. the pilot is flying the plane, can someone let them know this.

  • Ron Paul 2012

  • TSA is getting highway checkpoints now so they can give you handjobs on the road. Truly demonic

  • I usually don't watch this stuff, but wound up on this video somehow. This is completely ridiculous. It is one thing to complain or voice your opinions about TSA security measures, but this is basically just harassing the TSA workers. Your actions just add to the wait times of others, and probably more stress for these screeners doing their job. I guess I could just sum up my thoughts and say grow up.

  • Nobody wanted to touch your "junk".

  • Tsa is not aloud to touch your balls period its a felony charge cops have arrested tsa workers

  • @IZIIEIIUIISI to play devils devils advocate lol what if he had explosive in his nads? what if those 2 balls are cherry bombs? not that i suport what tsa is doing but this argument probably have come up already so whats your responce?

  • Is this mandatory for non-americans? I already disliked going through TSA, but now I want to go through US airports even less.

  • So many rights are slowly being taken away in the name of "safety."

  • @LiamHR0611 Ron Paul 2012

  • @cityisonfire1 Ron Jeremy 2012

  • Doing the video was very smart and made the point clear.

  • It happened to me at Spokane airport. I was visiting my grandaughter for her high school graduation. I went through the metal detector, the full body Xray then they patted me down and touched my privates. Needless to say, they found nothing but a very embarrased grandmother!!

  • Totalitarianism will be accepted by those weak of mind but full of passion.

  • Stop looking for a fight John. You turned your phone on just so you can feel tough.

  • "when we bring the case against you...that we're going to bring."

    Fail.

  • your a jerk john!

  • A lot of people are concerned that the full body scans can cause health problems in frequent flyers, especially because they're so new. That is why they opt out of them and instead go for a good ol' game of squeeze the pickle. Or they're just horny and want a good rubbin'.

  • ONE DAMN QUESTION FOR JOHN TYNER , HOW RE YOU TRAVELLING NOW . REMEMBER ONE THING IT IS BETTER THAN DYING IN AIR.IF YOU THINK IT IS AS SEXUAL ASSAULT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT TRAVEL BY FLIGHT.DRIVE ALL THE WAY FROM EAST COAST TO WEST COAST.DONT LEAVE THIS COUNTRY COZ THEY SECURITIES AT OTHER AIRPORTS MIGHT TOUCH UR JUNK

  • You know what i rather be safe than sorry go through the fucking machine. Your privacy is not a jeopardy! So stop being a libral and sawing that and go through!

  • @hawk45653 You are an absolute idiot. TSA's failure rate at discovering guns and bombs when tested is 90%. A 90% failure rate. The absolutely false sense of terror / security you are deluded into is not, by any stretch of mind, worthy of invading people's privacy in such useless way.

  • @hawk45653 Fuck you fascist. What the 2nd ammendment is all you support fuck the rest? Wish I had your fucking address, cunt.

  • @palatiality no one deserves cancer. How dare you wish that upon anyone.

  • Skip to 3:19 for Don't "touch my junk"

  • so they are "bringing a case" against this man ecause he refuses to get grouped by teh tsa. I hope I never have to fly and I would wish the rest of the people refuse to fly as well

  • FUCK THE TSA

  • so they threatened to bring a 'case' against him for refusing to get his johnson touched?

  • Good Job Tyler, don't let them push you around!

  • Comment removed

  • "Upon buying the ticket you gave up alot of your rights."

At least the government is admitting their fucking treason. assholes

  • @BLaZERaMPaGE yeah 5:35 not even true

  • Well done...!!!

    Protect your rights !!!

  • Love the timing of the loudspeaker announcement: "Security is everyone's responsibility."

  • @palatiality The rules are arbitrary and unpredictable. I don't even think they know or care despite what it says on their website which is probably out of date

  • People seem to have forgotten about problem number 3 with the TSA. The liquid ban. Thanks to the TSA, we can no longer travel with certain medications because of the ban.

  • Anyone complaining about this obviously is a flying newb. My family actually has money to fly frequently and my dad goes on business trips all the time and we don't care at all. Everyone with experience flying doesn't really care and we know the rules. All you dumb asses who object to this shit should have read the god damn rules.

  • @Jswizzle217 Fuck you and your frequent flying family. lolz pwnd

  • If you don't want to be screened FINE!!!!!!! When 3,000+ innocent people die you have no one to blame but your selfish asshole self. How does that make you feel?

  • @Jswizzle217 BINGO! That proves my theory. The only way to defend TSA is to further inject fear into the people. Here's hoping you will be among the 3,000+

  • there is no law that says you have the right to fly a commercial idiots. If you don't want to fly commercial take a boat, or a weather ballon. If don't want to fly, don't fly. And hey I am happy about the screening because I don't the plane to fly into office buildings and kill people while I am trying to go to Grandma's house ok.

  • @Jswizzle217 From U.S.C. 40103 -

"A citizen of the United States has a public right of transit through the navigable airspace."

Don't be stupid. Don't claim to know something you don't.

  • I applaud this man!

  • what a punk, it's not like they were trying to check inside his ass. he's embarrassed about his small cock, that's all.

  • @krekmoney huh?? its obviously about his rights your the only one tslking about a small cock .. i think you might have a midget peinis

  • @krekmonelo=LOVES GETTING GROPED!

  • This guy is an idiot. I remember when the 9/11 attacks happened and the entire country was screaming for the government to protect them and asked why didn't they do anything to prevent this!! Why and how could you let this happen Bush? We are a nation of immoral sexual deviants who watch TV shows of teen mothers and think it is a cool thing. Who cares if someone sees a 3D image of you naked, truth be told, you probably have a sex tape on the Internet already anyway.

  • @darkninja1230 I agree. The guy is an idiot. An idiot who clearly PLANNED on the encounter, since he had to set his phone to record prior to the encounter. Funny thing is, he likely violated State and Federal wiretapping laws related to recording audio in a concealed, secretive fashion. Video is usually ok, but audio recordings without notice.... that is usually not OK. In fact, video recording in airport security stations is probably prohibited also.

He should be PROSECUTED, not cheered.

  • @MongoTheLloyd FUCK YOU DUMBASS. WHY DON'T YOU PULL YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASS AND GROW A PAIR BITCH!!!

  • @darkninja1230 YOU'RE A FUCKING DUMBASS.

  • ok this does not mean it is your "right" as found in the U.S. constitution or any amendment. it is just saying as an American citizen, you are authorized the use of air travel. You can be refused service by the airlines and you can be refused entry by the TSA. Your right to travel is not the same as your constitutional rights.

  • @MongoTheLloyd ok this does not mean it is your "right" as found in the U.S. constitution or any amendment. it is just saying as an American citizen, you are authorized the use of air travel. The Airline industry is a privatized industry which is supervised by the government for safety reasons. You can be refused service by the airlines and you can be refused entry by the TSA. Your right to travel is not the same as your constitutional rights.

  • @darkninja1230 I know. "Right to use", as I have already explained, is quite different from what the dullard argued as "right to travel" (on commercial jets without due security screenings). His argument is quite slopeheaded... and smacks of "tea party", Tim McVeigh-in-the-tree-of-liberty-t-shirt, don't tread on me brand of fascist (R). And, as noted, it is likely that when something DOES happen to breach security and kill many, these are the people who cry loudest about HOW?? and WHY???

  • Flying is not a right. You DO have a right to NOT fly. So... take a boat. Walk. Drive. Flap your arms real hard, take a running start... and jump off a cliff. You won't have to bitch about your junk or the government. You won't have to tolerate screenings, which based on overwhelming evidence, are necessary.

The ME generation. All these narcissistic cretins who think that everyone just has nothing better to do than touch their junk, or stare at blurred out images of their flabby bodies. HAHAHA

  • @MongoTheLloyd So I pay $2,000 for some random person to touch my private parts? I think not.

  • @samg701 No. You choose to pay NOTHING, and walk. So... start walking. Drive. Flap your arms and run real fast. Join a wagon train. Just quit whining about your junk.

  • Well they can touch your private parts, or you and 3,000 thousand innocent people can die. You are a selfish bitch.

  • @Jswizzle217 you're not very bright!

  • @MongoTheLloyd Flying is not a right? Read U.S.C. Section - 40103. Contrary to your bogus claim, flying is indeed a right, NOT A PRIVILEGE.

  • @bloodguzzler Read the code, son. Yes, US Citizens DO have a right to utilize the airspace. To USE the airspace. The code DOES NOT grant rights to citizens that guarantees passage on commerical air carriers. Sure... if'n you can flap your arms real hard and jump off a tall building, you have a right to use the airspace, and I recomment that you do just that, if'n you get my drift. The law protects your right to fall to your death. Your use of the airspace is protected. (roll eyes here).

  • @bloodguzzler Flying on a commercial air carrier is NOT a right. Read the back of your next ticket, or the online disclaimers associated ith e-tix. Since most commercial aviation IS in fact commercial, it can ALL be denied. The law you cite only deals with an individual's right to use airspace. it does not guarantee right to commercial transport. In fact, private flight is regulated as well, and it too can be denied. Your argument is, well, inane. Right to use is not right to travel commercially

  • @bloodguzzler I quote "The Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration shall develop plans and policy for the use of the navigable airspace and assign by regulation or order the use of the airspace necessary to ensure the safety of aircraft and the efficient use of airspace. The Administrator may modify or revoke an assignment when required in the public interest"

REVOKE AN ASSIGMENT (cease use). Again, travel on commerical jets is NOT a right, and even private use can be REVOKED.

  • @bloodguzzler you can use it, but it is commercial so they can subject you to what ever they want to because you can choose to fly them or not fly them. you are an idiot.

  • @Jswizzle217 What ever they want to? That's one of many reasons I don't fly. I'm not going to want whatever has been in their hands, on my dick anytime soon! Why do you allow yourself to be blinded by a veil of fear? What makes you think the TSA will protect us from another 9/11? Crunch the numbers. The odds of being killed by a terrorist are lower than being irradiated by the untested screeners you praise so much, despite them revealing that you have NO SPINE!

  • @MongoTheLloyd Lies, lies, and more lies. I don't need to use a bunch of jargon for people to see how full of shit you are. Bring on the thumbs up just like my last comment, and they will be more than happy to keep flagging your comments for spam

  • tsa is full of a bunch of low life fucks that get paid 10 bucks an hour and get a undeserved sense of power....but thats normal for alot of useless govt jobs

  • this guy is a bitch, just get it done fuck,

  • @hypehoops ur right he is a lil fuckin bitch

  • People sacrifice their freedoms for safety when the chances of getting attacked is less then hitting the lotto.More people die a year from everyday foods then terrorism in america.

Those who would sacrifice freedom for security deserve neither — Benjamin Franklin.

  • Should put on subtitles; some parts get REALLY quiet/inaudible

  • @reddclay Not sure where you're getting your numbers. There are over 10 million commercial flights per year just in the US. The last air related terrorist incident in the US was in Dec 2009, about 15 million flights ago.

John Tyner DID threaten someone. He told the TSA agent, "if you touch my junk, I'll have you arrested." That's a direct threat. After that, his chances of flying that day were slim.

I've been through the TSA pat down several times. It's no big deal unless you make it into one.

  • this guy is such a douche bag. I'm annoyed by the sense of entitlement in this country.

  • @1moaper2 Yeah how dare people refuse to be assaulted, the next time a uniformed official tries to touch you in a bad place or with a baton, you should be happy

  • @s0beit If he wants to be a prude redneck and avoid being touched in a "bad place" then he can either submit to the xray, which irradiates you as much a eating a couple bananas does, or he can get out of the fucking airport. Flying in this airport is not a right, its a paid privilege.

  • @1moaper2 Shouldn't the airport decide what safety regulations they ought to have? How many terrorists have been stopped by the TSA? Also, you know what IS a right? The right to refuse unlawful or unwarranted searches and seizures. He isn't a terrorist, he's a fucking American. Get your brain washed neocon idiot shit the fuck out of here.

  • @s0beit Not only that, but I have a feeling that if any restaurant made sexual groping a condition of entrance, that restaurant would be faced with a lawsuit. And if any business made sexual assault a condition of employment they would definitely be shut down in two seconds, and the owners would be in prison.

This concept of "it's a private business blah blah blah" is pure bullshit.

  • @s0beit

The ridiculous argument that "he is an American, not a terrorist" kind of got shot out of the water by last week's Norway shooting, not to mention any of the terrorist groups that have existed in(and hijacked the planes of) their own country. And if you knew anything about the basic theory behind having checkpoints, you would know that their primary role is to disuade people from even attempting an act of terrorism, not solely to catch people in the act.

  • @1moaper2 You are so full of shit... that may be what it says on paper, but the main reason is control over the masses, to exsude power. We are the only country in the world that take these messures on a consistant bases. The ridiculous argument that there are all these terrorist after us is fucking stupid. The only terrorists the american people have to worry about are people like you who are fucking tools. Wake the fuck up TOOL.

  • @s0beit I may be a brainwashed neocon, but I have the common sense not to go on a redneck rampage over having to choose between absorbing about 1/100 of the radiation normally experienced on a D.C.-L.A. flight, and having people feel me for fucking weapons.

  • @1moaper2 Why stop there? Let's have anal sex as a requirement for getting on the flight as well. After all, if you are not willing to bend over and take it up the ass in order to travel on a plane, or bus or train or even across the border by foot, then you are not really a human being.

  • @tikletik Perhaps a better example would be a rectal cavity search. I mean, if the argument is that this is for our safety... and invasive touching of our sex organs is considered "fair game"... lets go all out and really smoke out the terrorists. Full rectal cavity searches for all passengers or you can choose not to fly.

  • @flicklefish I think that's a fine idea! And let's shoot anyone who doesn't agree, because if you don't agree to rectal cavity searches it means you are with the trrrzzzts!

Be a patriot and take it up the ass!

  • @tikletik The whole purpose of the x-ray and new technologies are to make physical searches unnecessary. Why would we devolve into cavity searches as time goes on and technology improves? And by the way, MrTKOwens, we are far from the only country to exercise these measures (Russia, Israel, China, etc). When you guys decide to go back and graduate from high school, let me know.

  • @1moaper2 hey moaper, this is why we dont like the body scanners. watch this. /watch?v=6gTnLbKkp6U when you get a brain, let me know

  • @1moaper2 Hey not everyone wants to be a sheep in your country.

  • @1moaper2 ENTITLEMENT!? EVERYONE deserves the respect of not being groped. This government is out of control.

  • @Biebersucksdick1 thats a wonderful idea that way a plane of say i dont know 140 or more can take off then land 5 hours later with i dont know 32 after a great big firefight 30,000 ft up GREAT IDEA

  • I didn't understand what was said at 3:30 ... "We're going to have a supervisor here because you're ______" Can anyone else understand it?

  • @cliftut Ok, another video answered my question already: "We're going to have a supervisor here because of your statement."

  • The most salient statement in this whole vid is from the TSA person: "You gave up your rights when you bought a ticket." Unfortunately, no one is aware of that. Or worse, they don't care. I give John full respect for what he did. There is a lot of information about how ineffective these antics are. You could call it "security theater". It's all a show.

  • This guy should start a fund for people to dontate to fund his defense.

  • WHAT? bringing a case against him just because he's standing up for himself??? COME ON!!!!

  • Good job my friend. That whole experience took guts and perseverance. And thanks to yt, thousands more patriots know just how much our liberties have been bullied away from us. Enlightening but, infuriating! thank you for posting.

  • and to the guy in the vid... Top fucking job! You did do us all proud! And you showed them for what they are! People like you give me hope for the human race! A worldwide revolution is well overdue! I'm from the uk, and my heart goes out to you guys in the us... I know that the uk will try to follow suit eventually! They're already eroding, or have eroded all of our rights! I'm looking for a group of like minded people to join, anyone from the uk got any suggestions?

  • myJetA1... couldn't have said it any better mate! Spot on! If this doesn't get people to fucking wake up and smell the coffee, then what will it take? Hell probably everyone that's viewed this and commented on this will be put on some list! Then maybe one day they'll be coming round to drag you out your bed! Will you wake up then?

  • Good Job Man.

  • THAT LAST BIT WITH THE MR BLACK THAT SAID IT ALL , YOU GUYS JUST SHOWED YOUR HAND TO THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD THAT YOU ARE IN FACT DIRTY , ROTTEN , CONTROLLING PIGS. THAT MAN HAS RIGHTS AND YOU TRIED TO SCARE HIM WITH HIS FREEDOM BEING REMOVED IF HE DID NOT GET ON HIS KNEES AND SUBMIT LIKE A GOOD BRAINWASHED PERSON. GOOD ON YOU GUY! YOU DID US ALL PROUD BY RECODING THIS, FUCK EM! THE PEOPLE WILL RISE ABOVE JUST DON'T BE SCARED TO SAY SO, LIKE HE SAID EM I FREE TO LEAVE ,,,, YES YOU ARE!

  • A sexual assault? Wow. Sexually molested? Wow. Let's talk to someone who has actually gone through something as horrible as that and see if they think what they were going to do would fall under those categories. Your flight couldn't have been that important if you refused to let them simply feel your legs and upper thighs for something dangerous. Are you some sort of anti-goverment nazi? I mean I'm all for having our rights and everything, but a rights nazi is annoying as hell. Get a life.

  • @kassiercoffman its not about them touching Ur balls,Ur 1 of those people who wud let the government take Ur rights obviously. its all about his rights,if he doesnt want 2 B touched then so B it, they told him 2 leave then they tried to threaten him with Sum BS. i guess U wouldnt mind them seeing Ur spouse wether male or female naked just Bcuz they think they can.i sure as hell wouldnt let my wife pass threw & B seen by sum1 & even worst B touched & search.what R they crazy, theyre trning on us.

  • @kassiercoffman " a rights nazi"??? are you an idiot? what is your itelligent quotient? yeah your i.q??

have you looked up what the NAZIS did? what they did to other human beings? there own people??? the rest of the world??

how can you have to many rights?? " rights nazi"??? the oxymoron of all oxymorons... " like military intelligence"

  • @obscenegreen917k I don't have the time to argue with you, nor do I desire to. My intelligence quotient is high enough to spell the word intelligence correctly, use the correct forms of 'to' and 'too', use the correct forms of 'there' and 'their', and to use puncuation when it is needed and knowing when to leave it out. Hope that answers your question! And yes, I do know what the nazi's did to people. I guess you have never heard that term used in a different context before. Good day! : )

  • @obscenegreen917k it's military intel that took out osama. it's military intel that keeps our country protected. it's military intel that secures your right to be an absolute jackass.

  • @BigBoiJC you're right. I owe you and every soldier an apology. Forgive me, as i,ve simply grown tired of the human race. But yes, the world has changed and unfortunately the military has to be more proacttive in our defense. I am grateful, and i have a dear close friend of mine in the army for years now and several vet/friends at my job who i praise from time to time. MY POINT is in any situation there are people who will take advantage of others to gain momentum for their own agenda. (pt1)

  • @obscenegreen917k (PT2) YES, we do need the military to go out and extinguish threats that might cause mass death/destruction not only to americans at home but to all peaceful peoples everywhere. BUT, do i think some doofus( with permission from another doofus who could be out of a job in four years) need to grab my, or my grandmother's crotch in the name of "protecting our american way of life" I find this a bit excessive and an insult to my intelligence, and to the rights we hold dear and the

  • @obscenegreen917k (pt3) Rights you've sworn and many have died to protect.

  • @obscenegreen917k I too know people in the military so I'm right there with you. and you are right...there are those who use their rights intelligently and those who use them to their own gain. you have hit it right on the head!

  • Unbelievable. Kudos, John, for sticking with your guns.

  • BRAVO John, BRAVO! Encore!

  • @Biebersucksdick1 You realize that if even one person takes their gun and shoots it through the window, the entire plane loses cabin pressure?

  • 'You bring that case!' is the phrase of the century! I'm with this dude 100%. TSA = TYRANNY = DISRESPECT = lack of training = govt b.s!...Not all TSA is that way though.

  • Comment removed

  • TSA raping you all day.

  • DO NOT TOUCH MY JUNK

  • The prick should just stay his ass at home if he dont want to go to the motions. He planned this TSA encounter just to get his dumb ass on tv.

  • I THINK WE TAKE AWAY ALL THE TSA PEOPLE !!!! FUCK THEM NO SECURITY!! just walk right on a plane no checks ! ... goood idea rightt! no patdown no machines no AGENTS ! .......just 1 thing me or my family wont be flying and i hope all u people that thought this was a good idea well i hope ur family flys and i hope this dickbag on the video family flies 26 times a year !

  • was doing okay until he threatened the TSA agent

  • @Biebersucksdick1 : Wow, I would actually worry about the hundreds potential killers on board the plane... This is the kind of genius idea that have kids killing each others in schools in the last decade... More guns = More Deaths ! Simple as that.

I live in a country with no guns, and guess what ? There is actually very little violence or killing going on...

  • WELL DONE JOHN,YOU DID THE RIGHT THING. RESPECT!!!!

  • @77gerald77 no he didn't. he jeopardized national security and the lives of innocent people. He is a selfish asshole

  • @Jswizzle217 HE absolutely did. He shouldnt be subject to the checks and paranoia other warmongering assholes bring onto themselves. Thumbs up again John

  • @Biebersucksdick1 Worst idea I've ever heard.

  • you people goin to airports know this YOU DONT AND WILL NOTN BE SUBJECTED TO THESE SEARCHES WEN U CLAIM THE RIGHT TO TRAVEL UNDER COMMON LAW THEREFORE IF THEY TOUCH YOU TIS ASSULT DONE END OF KNOW YOUR RIGHTSSSS KNOW THE LINGO ITS KNOW GOOD SAYIN THIS IS AGENST HE LAW TELL THEM WHYYYYYY

  • TSA thinks that there above the law which violates our rights as American citazen. What would TSA think that if they searched a WW2 veteran.

  • @Biebersucksdick1 and wh at if th e terriosts grabs the gun? in front of HIS Seat?

  • This is why I refuse to fly. I dont trust those damn machines, and only to get on a vehicle where I put my life into somebody else's hands, forget it my life is more important to me than that.

  • sexually molested!!!! ha. the poor security guy's not enjoying it. this guy is a conservative crazy. lets see how many charges he'll press when being ass raped in prison

  • I applaud this man. If more people said NO, then maybe the government will realize we aren't just sheep following whatever they tell us to do. Imagine, he was leaving the airport and they still wanted him to continue the screening process. TSA is going way too far. The government has no right to sexually touch you.

  • @reinharv I agree, we need more people standing up to these intrusions. This reminds me of the person who said "We have to give up some liberties for freedom" not possible to do, they are one in the same, liberty is freedom!

  • @jybwatson I don't want to give up any of my freedom. This is what America was and what the founding fathers wanted for this country. Nobody has the right to touch you inappropriately, not the police, not the FBI - nobody without probable cause. What is going to happen next - another false flag where a planted terrorist hides something in a body cavity--then they will start looking there too.

  • @jybwatson no we don't you are an idiot. do you want people to blow planes up or not. If i gotta go through a body scanner to make sure innocent people don't die, I am fine with that.

  • @Jswizzle217 If terrorism was really a threat why would they bother going through the hassle of going to the airport at all? Surely it'd be much simpler for them to go to a football match or any crowded place with a few suicide bombers, theyd have no security to worry about. Thats what happened in Iraq and other places were there were / are some real terrorists around. Crowded markets etc. The fact that this doesn't happen shows that this is a complete fabrication. You are a complete MORON!

  • @reinharv its always you losers who get no action that always claim to be being "sexually" touched. Just like its the ugly women who always complain when u ask them to take their trench coat off.

Yea, you really should be allowed through security with a big ass jacket on. You really should be allowed to continue unchecked just because you refused a body scan. LOL YA REALLY dumb shit.

Then you complain about racial profiling, but OH WAIT you want them to do it when its you being patted down..

  • @squarecnix I have no idea what you are babbling about. Take a nap or get some coffee to stimulate your brain before you comment anywhere.

  • @reinharv read it again slowly then so your pea sized mind can carefully process my academic prowess. You need to be screened. IF you dont like it, dont bitch and moan when people like Bin Laden blow up planes. If we continue to use metal detectors which DONT DETECT PLASTIC EXPLOSIVES (for you idiots out there) the terrorists will keep creating more creative ways to circumvent security. While i agree eventually we have to just accept the risk, a patdown isnt a big deal stop fucking bitching

  • @squarecnix Fuck you

  • @reinharv im sorry to be the one to tell you but we are sheep, we are taught this from our first day of government indoctrination camps, also known as public school. Not only that but in the church it is respectable to be a sheep. I’m sorry man but as long as people think they are free to make choices they will not stand up.

  • @reinharv (roll eyes here). Those who protest the loudest generally also cxry the loudest. SOCIALISM!!!...until their house gets hit by a tornado and then it is, HELP ME!!"... or "The government is all that's evil in the world,..." and then it's "Why didn't they do something..." after 9/11 happens.

The cretin class whines about the government at every opportunity and detract from the REAL evil... the ruling class fascists in this and most other developed countries that are the actual problem.

  • He has the right NOT to have his package not to be touched!!!!!! And it's not like he's a terrorist for god's sake.
