how do/did you feel after training or while training? i bought the programm and while training i feel good for the first three exercises and then i get really tired... but after the workout my legs feel so sore and useless... and i don't jump high at all... but the next day i feel much better... i know my hops increased after the first workout... but now i feel like i'm not getting higher...
I'm 5'9 , pretty skinny, never really regularly trainner but do jump around. MY running max was 32inch, clearly. Anyone please advise me: i hope to train weights and explosiveness this summer . had a injury ligament tear and meniscus 6 months back :'( but i hope to add functional strength muscles doing weighted squats, deadlifts, diff types of plyos to strenghthen the inured leg too. can i expect to gain 8-10 inches this summer?
I I am 30 years old so i dont recover and am way more prone to injury, i have pre existing conditions like my right ankle has a plate with 5 screws in it and my ligament sewn back together and my left ankle was badly fractured and i also have patella tendinitis and a bad back. So any "injury" that i occured by doing the jump manual is hard to blame on the program. I feel great now though and i am jumping higher than ever. I will post more vids soon
I am 6'1 and 214 lbs. When i first started i could barely touch my finger tips to the bottom of the rim. I have taken alot of time off in the last few months but as i am right now, i can get the ball over the rim, i just cant get it down, so i am right there. I was not injured from doing the program, i had alot of little naggy things happen from doing the workouts, but there are alot of things to take into consideration. I am 214 pounds of muscle,
What's your height? What part of the ring or board could you touch before the Jump Manual training? How is your progress now? Were you ever injured from doing this?
If you think the jump manual is just a $60.00 manual, you are wayyy wrong dude..... Plyos and calf raises will not get you results and if they do they will be limited and minimal. You need to learn about slow and fast twitch fibers. Thats the why people achive different results from different things. Sounds like you obviously have more fast twitch fibers than me if you are gaining results from just doing that.
dude i use to only be able to touch the orange box now i can grab rim it only took some calf raises and polymetrics i found on google you dont need a $60 dollar manual. You just need determination
It takes a bit more than just calf raises and polymetrics bro.. after my own training at 14 years old and 5'9.5, i can now grab rim with ease and dunk occasionally and before i could barely touch the backboard.
Days it tells you to*

Your legs should be exahusted after the workout. After you rest and test your verticals on the days it days to you should see it is improving.
