It only has 276 miles on it.

All it does is sit in a garage with four almost flat tires.

It doesn't even crank over anymore, it did though but battery really old.

  • Born to Roll is great with the insane bass, but I dig on this beat even more with the jazzy style.

  • nnigga censored, ass not? lol

  • @pOBrain That's cuz "Born To Roll" was actually a remix of "Jeep Ass Nigguh".The beat was just diff, the Original Concept beat from "Knowledge Me".

  • @dubbsway4life Word. they flipped a new york rapper on a new york influenced beat and remixed such a heavy tune like born to roll with a big cali feel. crazy love for the ace nigguh

  • 14 people aint with real hop hip get with it u snow flake ass niggas perupatrating to this cant get with real hip hop so go suck off this songs dick . need some lessons i will teach u how to listen to real hip hop

  • actually after listening 2 it a few times this version is much better then born to roll

  • Where did the big chains and outrageous jewelry begin ?? music was much more focused before , now the videos are like skits with clowns in rediculous costumes.

  • ain't this born 2 roll with a different beat? personally i like that beat better

  • @ShadShaddo The beats and music aren't the selling point of this. Like most hip hop, the music is a bit trite and repetitive. The rhymes are fucking brilliant... Especially the end, with the Elvis shit. It's true -- the cops wouldn't harass some redneck in a pickup truck blasting some Elvis or Conway Twitty. I hate to say it, but most hip hop that goes more into R&B territory tends to have better music -- not all loops, but some real music. The music needs to change more...

  • @SteveAlbinisPussy yea but the whole repetitive thing is used in more then just hip hop my bro plays 4 a rock band and a lot of that is very smiler to some beats in hip hop and i agree the rhymes were real as hell, maybe it's because i heard born to roll 1st that i like it better but ether way the song is much better then most of what's out today. i laughed a lot when i heard the Elvis line it's so true, I'm actually gonna request the song on the radio tomorrow and see if it plays.

  • haha i just bought a jeep!!!

  • black people need to roll in more jeeps!

  • irony that part of Brooklyn hasn't been touched by the Gentrification Bug... yet

  • Blast from the past.. Imma Dodge 'Venge Ass Wigguh

  • Chuck D sample makes this so illll...not that it isn't ill already. ha

  • So, is 'born to roll' an ofiicial an official track by Masta, or has someone added the chorus to it, because the lyrics are all the same, apart from the chorus :\ im confused haha. But great track nontheless!

  • this'd be perfect to pump in a Jeep Commander. p.s. the vnyl is a see thru pale green that has exclusive remixes.

  • This is street music..Even the video is street. That's why this version never got any radio play. If the title offends you, then this wasn't meant for ya.

  • i know this is the original mix and i cannot find it anywhere. anyone want to upload it to me please?

  • @possesedbyaclown i

i found it on limewire good copy to

  • A white majority listen to mainstream rap, as far as underground goes I don't know your friends or how many black rap fans you know, but if I had to place a big wager on it, I'd say underground rap is just as widely consumed by blacks as it is by whites, if not far, far more so.

Don't get confused, I'm not saying white people don't know good rap, I'm saying the vast majority of them don't, same goes for the vast majority of everybody else (hence the popularity of weezy and Chris Brown)

  • JEEEEEEEP

  • Did I say something racist or predjudice? There's nothing racist about calling this a black song. There's nothing racist about saying that the majority of white North Americans have no ear for real hip hop and street rap and that in the late 80's and early 90's rap was dope because it didn't target the white masses the way it does now.

Ask Premo about it, that's where I got it from.

  • @backtohali white people are still the majority that listens to underground hip hop... i could be wrong, but most black people I know don't go further underground than tupac and big L.. it's my white friends that listen to the pharcyde, non phixion, masta ace, any def jux shit, black moon etc. etc.

  • old school fuck ye

  • Thanks for the education lari861, FAT JOE "JOEY COTTAGE CHEESE COTTACHINA" was in Diggin In The Crates? Howed you know? Looked at the album cover? Alot of dope rappers turned bitch for doe, Joe's just one in a million, Ace never really made a gay pop track like "Lean Back" or the other "Terra Squad" bullshit, so he gets separated from fat fucks who used to rock the mike and now rock 12 yearold MTV bangers.

It ain't where you're from it's where you're at Fat Joe is part of the problem.

    ONE

  • @backtohali In other words, don't pay attention to what colour skin you are. Be true to yourself and in what you do. Don't pay any of these other mothas any attention. They just bring you down and make you waste emotion in a negative manner. Peace.

  • mira mira meng dont sleep...

  • i love this song

  • wat happend 2 shit like this

  • jrichholland, I don't know what getting grimy is all about, but I do know that rap, especially in the early nineties, was a black thing (this should not come as a surprise).

Doesn't mean white boys can't feel it, they can, I can, and I'm very white indeed, but on the whole, the main reason rap/hiphop fell the fuck off the mainstream radar is because the largest consumer demographic in North America (the white majority) has A) no idea what truly bumps and B) the internet, so as to hear it free.

  • @backtohali Man. Let me tell you something. Racism is everywhere.

But this black and white thing. It's mostly found in the Western world, i.e North America, UK, Australia, New Zealand, parts of Europe etc. Pretty much wherever there are descendants from old western European Imperial powers like the British, Dutch, Portuguese etc from a couple of centuries ago.

You go to other parts of the world and there are racist people who care more about where you're from, what tribe you're from etc.

  • 3:03 - one of the dudes has a holographic cap on like Marty McFly wore in Back to the Future 2!!!

And I thought this song couldn't get any better?

  • that benz at 1:04 is sick. what model is that? or was that custom?

  • @BassBeatsProductions mercedes G class, probably a 300

  • @TheEviIOyo thanks man

  • @mcbrybry...I hear that, hip-hop might not be dead but it isn't above ground

  • I'm white so hold your fire - it is what it is

  • when I said white kids weren't exposed to this I don't actually mean that no white kids, anywhere, what soever where banging this, I mean that on the whole they weren't (as Ace might tell you, and as is common sense, this shit wasn't produced with white boys in mind nor was it targeting a white audience), I'm just spelling out why it is that contemporary popular "hip-hop" no longer bumps --> in part because the industry targets white boys, the largest demographic of potential consumers available

  • so basically, you're saying that white boys can't get grimey....

  • White kids weren't exposed to this? I'm 35, and had the tape! It was yellow. Skated to this shit every day!! As well ad Organized Konfusion, Kool G Rap, Pete Rock, Pharcyde, Tribe, De La, Souls of Mischeif, etc.. THAT WAS REAL HIP-HOP. I still rock all this shit evey day, and hopefully sometime in the near future, HIP-HOP will get it's substane back. PEACE!!!

  • @TheEvildigits Heeeeeeeeeeel YEAH! im 31 i feel ya! i cant even listen to this shit nowadays... I LOVE my old hip hop!

  • i'am white, too... but masta ace is a true classic.. love it.

  • no offense to the white people out there though.

  • wayne is trash. most of the people who like him are little white kids that don't know shit about real hip hop...or just some weirdo ass cats that like lip piercings and shit. WTF that shit doesn't belong on men!

  • masta ace is cool nigga!!!!!!!!

  • I don't get it when people tell there is nothing wrong with rap today, what do you think all the old producers and MCs are talking about? Ask DJ Premier, he's pretty adamant about it: in the mid nineties smif'n wesson was on RapCity, nowadays Black Eyed Peas and Lady Gaga collabs are played 10 times a day. Wayne is probably the closest thing to 90's rap you can see these days without going underground, which says a a lot because he's 180 degrees.

times have changes and I don't have to like it.

  • And you're right about another thing, he and the folks who do his genre of music ARE on my mind, I struggle pretty hard with the reality of popular music today. When I was a little guy discovering rap, Wu Tang was on TV everyday, Jay Naz BIG and Pac were what was cool. New music don't sound the same. I can handle some new stuff, but the existence of the real, break your neck head bobbin beats (Premo, Dilla, Peat Rock), that stuff has all gone underground, and youth don't know nothing about it

  • Breakthrice, I can't argue with you, not that I wouldn't like to be able to, but I literally can't. Little Wayne IS obviously the best right now, but a lot of rap fans do not like his hits, the music has changed as much as classic rock changed to Disco in the mid 70s. Back in Ace's day, young white kids weren't exposed to rap or hip hop, nowadays its what kids as young as 10 want to hear, so of course the content has changed dramatically. 2 different genres, nothing similar about them

    one.

  • Hip Hop classic!!! I still rock this joint to this very day, especially since the weather is getting nice. Time to roll down the windows and blast this joint! Peace to Ace!

  • i used to go crazy back in 93 when this dropped. I was a fresman in high school....its wild cuz i still listen to this album. it surpasses 90 percent of the shit out now. Ace is a legend. definately one of the greatest mc's of all time.

  • Mistrzostwo !! ; ]
