Man you made the manager hate his life for that call. It's a nightmare trying to avoid customer complaints. You want to be helpful, but if you somehow offend someone by being frank about the information you need, it's real money right out of your paycheck. If you're going to prank someone from Howies, just do them the courtesy of letting them know you're not going to get upset (as you're obviously being difficult on purpose) and call corporate about it.
