You should go look at it in the store if you can. I just hate having to convert my files....it's easy but it's just another step.

Hi, QK! Thanks for the reply to my comment on your birthday haul vid. Does the flash on this camera give you any problems? I am worried if I get it that it might malfunction or break. How often do you use your cam and has the flash or lens ever gotten stuck yet?

I have pink and white nails myself, and I like yours. Unlike yours, though, mine are shorter and go straight out, and it looks like yours fan out just a lil at the white part. I'd be interested in seein a vid of yer nails bein done. :)

The flash doesn't give me any problems other than being in the way sometimes. You would have to be pretty rough with it to break it. When you turn the camera on, the flash goes up and when you turn the camera off the flash closes. You can turn the flash off if you want. The reason they built the flash like this was for red eye and better quality pix. I get my nails done where a lot of celebs go so no filming ....sorry

In low light for photos, of course you have the automatic flash and they come out very clean and clear. If you watch some of my night vids you will see that the footage is very good. The battery is GREAT I can go for days while shooting pix and vids here and there.

get a good case and take good care, i don' think they make many cameras that can be tossed around. But you would be surprised how you can put it in your purse or a bag and pull it out at a moments notice to get a great shot ;)

Is the flash up ?? It should always be on but will only work when its sensors tell it too. Go into a dark room or a bathroom and take some test shots...
