@superhobieboy I actually forgot it is a long time ago taht this clip was shot. But I remember the day before it was quite windy and rumors went that the race would be cancelled. The organizing commitee has rules according the wind and wind direction if the race can be sailed. Only one chance a year. They cancelled the race only once in all those years There is also a time limit half way. If you have not reache that point in time, you are taken out of the race.

I sail a Hobie 16 and do a solo trapeze all the time. You can't beat the exhilaration. I'm going to do Texel before I die.
