It is not as though Luxor Temple is the only place were you find statuary and depiction with their left foot extended...this was a traditional artisic style of the ancient Egyptians.

Many dynasties made contrabutions to the complex but you have to hand it to West he can make a "mystery" out of anything.

His quote "or something to that effect" in regard to transliteration of glyphs which would confirm his theory shows the real extent of his knowledge,

I don't buy it. The only reason we can see the joints in the stone now is because the stone is ancient and eroded, and there is chipping at the places where the stones come together. When the temples were brand new, the joints would have been seamless and covered in paint.
