I agree with you in that those commercials weren't racist but then when you talked about the media favoring the democrats, you lost your credibility. You are absolutely ignorant if you believe in the Liberal media myth. Fox and CNN are solely in the republican/conservatives corner as are most other stations.
3..2..1.. I don't think you are a racist, I think you are a politically correct zealot. They make the ads because they make people feel connected. People like to be around people they have things in common with. I can love my brothers but believe they are doing wrong things and choose to raise my kids without that influence. We don't tell this lady who she can fornicate with, she shouldn't tell me who I have to idolize.
Yeah, good one Repugs. Ignore 300 years of racism and the racial tension that's still existent in the South. Oh, but we're past that! We live in a color-blind society now! The ad and this video makes two things clear: Bush-whackers are stupid and unfunny.
Well the TV ad was racist, the radio ad was stretching it calling that racist, I am one of those rare folks, a vocal Moderate. I heard about the TV ad and hunted it down to see for myself and make my own decision, hell my Mother is a conservative born in the 40's and she agreed it was a racist ad, just ne view was all it took. Caling racism when it's used is not a knee jerk reaction. Oh and I don't think you are a racist, you just see thins differently than I do.
i've seen this schtick drop two rungs lower. when bush said "some people are already dancing in the endzone" at yesterday's presser, that was supposed to be "code".
worse, someone said a dem's campaign was "dead in the water" last week. this was said to be an emmit till reference.

I don't believe the ad was racist itself but I do believe the RNC knew it would incite racist feelings among many in Tennesse. If they're smart enough to steal elections, they're smart enough to see that coming. You know they're smart enough to figure that out. The true poison in the election system is privately funded campaigns.
Will you losers get over the "stolen elections" crap? Just because you guys lose, doesn't mean elections were "stolen". You'll be all over the liberal blogs reading about how it got stolen again in a couple weeks, by the way.
Corker asked for it to be removed on the grounds that it was "tacky," not that it was racist. It's not racist, and it's a shame that we've gotten to the point where honest people are cowed into disavowing innocent ads just because liberals cry racism. It makes "crying racism" a massively effective political tool, which means it will be used more often, which means it will continue to poison the political debate and the race conversation in this country. Too bad.
Mary Katherine, I love ya, buy you've got to lose the background music during your commentary.
