  • goes on every saturday night from 3-9 when its cool enough outside. summer time usually doesnt see many people out there

  • the supercharger keeps that Huge turbo spinning means NO LAG!

  • were is this? is it every weekend?

  • its in arizona

  • They do the same thing but in different ways. The turbochager is powered by exhaust which spools up the turbine with air power so it only works when there is a load on the car the amount of which varies on the size of the turbo. The load may not be enough until 3500+ rpms. This is known as turbo lag.

The supercharger is powered off of the engine crank so no load is required the engine just needs to be pulling. Put together you get boost throughout the revs with optimum performance.

  • How can you have a super charger and a turbo in your car? they basically do the same task....
