  • Lol I can't believe you had a food dream 10.5 weeks out! I had my first one around 6 weeks out & I woke up in a sweat and felt guilty & had to go check my kitchen to make sure it wasn't real -___-

  • @YourMomMyBed yeah bud.. think of it like this.. if anything, 1,000 calories ISN'T enough to grow muscle or even maintain it.... period unless you like to be weak/small. losing 7 lbs in 1 week... well if its TRULY 7 lbs... (meaning weighed yourself nude, morning, after pissing/pooing both times) is in my opinion... a lot! unless you did some sort of crazy colon cleanse detox... I'm losing 2-2.5 lbs per week. less every week I go on.

  • @YourMomMyBed well bro - a video and/or pictures would help... a LOT lol. No idea whatcha look like bud. Naturally-yes I think that's just too low calories. You know how the gov/healthcare providers and all foods are based off the 2,000 calorie diet... for an ACTIVE person, who's both lifting weights AND doing cardio, in my opinion 1,000 calories is crazy low. are you weighing the food and you're ACTUALLY taking in 1000 or guessing?

    well - under 1000 calories seems CRAZY status to me, seems pretty low for someone your height/weight. I do think that that's unhealthy. instead of SO MUCH LESS calories... more cardio brotha. I filmed a question that REALLY EXPLAINS losing weight and it will be in a QMA very soon. You'll see!

  • @SteaItheR I hear ya... warm up sets, work up sets, work sets, etc? I could do that... I just know the majority of ppl just want to see the WORK sets, myself included but I know there's others who'd love to see it all. I'll keep it in mind man!

    Low carbs high protein with cardio and normal workouts?:D

  • @nevermoRew diet = roughly a 40% protein 40% carb 20% fat ( OF TOTAL CALORIES) diet.

    as we go on we're raising my CARBS, because each week I'm doing a great job losing fat and by raising carbs we're trying to keep as MUCH muscle on me as possible. Normally you'd keep the carbs steady or perhaps even drop them. but for now, for me, we're raising carbs each week by a LITTLE. until I start losing towards 1 or less pounds a week, we'll keep raising the carbs i think.

  • @nevermoRew currently its a rough 20/40/40%, f/c/p... right now... TODAY, (it'll change tomorrow) its 50/260/225

  • @flexforall2 I recommend spending an hour or so doing research of barbers/salons in your area (I'm not sure where that is). A lot of cities have some sort of a rating-based website that focuses on hair (about.com often has one for each city) and you can find out some good prices/locations from there. The better ones will be more expensive, though.

  • @Huntarious started yeah - we've been upping it because I'm losing fat GREAT, even every time we increase it, and we want to maintain as much muscle as possible.

  • Your abs look fucking great man. When you train them try to hit those obliques and that V that will make them pop! Also I have had a few dreams before about eating McDonald's fries and I would be like omg so good so yummy, then I'm all like HOLY SHIT!!! TRANS FATS I feel so horrible lol hate those dreams.
