I have never seen anything as riduculous as this....Tracy, you are a master at marketing but you never built your body like this and if you are trying to tell others to train like this, you should be banned from the fitness industry. These exercises will do NOTHING for you guys!

Hmmm... Madonna's had a banging hot body since the 80s. Tracy Anderson was just one of her many trainers - for the past, what? 3 years, maybe? And yeah, Tracy Anderson's body, compared to Madonna's looks like a beginner. Madonna's got an athlete's body.

i saw madonna here in london just a few days ago, and her arms are actually quite lean and slim - nothing like the newspaper pic.
