@Dee15gon The voice actor for the Heavy Weapons Guy from TF2. Like Zangief, he's a large russian who focuses on dealing a lot of damage, but lacks mobility.
The best Zangief VA by far, imo. Zangief is my favourite character and I've played 1000's of vs matches as him and gone through Arcade mode on hardest a whole lot but I've never heard a few of the lines near the end of the video. When are they used? I've never heard 2:242:472:50 & 2:53. Also, what about his fight with Abel? He has some lines there I think you missed. Plus the lines he says when he gets the first attack in arcade mode like "Let's do this fair and square!". Still a cool vid.
