Having said that, he is probably one of the nicest guys you will meet, and this video is obviously fake... it's an acting job :)

I'm in business and the way Armando treats people is 100% CORRECT. In business you promise, then you deliver, if you don't you have a problem. More people should act much tougher then Armando so we get more honest business. I don't think he acts so tough anyway. This whole flipping house business has had it's top, he should do something else but that's not the point, he seems like a nice guy.

I don't know what Armando teaches in his course, but it is extremely difficult to flip and make $ nowadays. Unless you can get a house for cheap, no technique in the world will help you make money. In Southern California, it is darn near impossible to get a house at more than 10% discount. I know this because I've made numerous offers at 80-85% of listing price and all were considered "not in the ball park".

It's the perfect 70+-yr storm to invest in ALL forms of real estate, EVEN IN places like CA, NV, AZ and FL. People there are ABANDONING their properties! The big banks MIGHT stand for that (for a WHILE), but the small ones WON'T! People here need to stop harping on the soap opera of two grown ass men, and start getting busy (and educated on) buying low, renting smart and selling high!

do you really think that ANY bank WANTS to PAY PERENNIAL TAXES 5-10-20 years from now, on NON-LIQUID ASSETS like REAL ESTATE that - thanks to the RECESSION and INCURRED EXPENSES (regular maintenance, special maintenance from crack addict vandalism, etc) - will CONSISTENTLY DECREASE IN VALUE over that period? i don't think so!

haha, don't you see whats happening in the market RIGHT NOW? Hundreds of thousands of households are walking away from their mortgages because they can't afford them and their mortgage is worth a lot more than their house. This trend is going to continue for many years. so the more houses on the market, the lower prices will go. The USA economy is only going to get worse for the next several years, the banks will all need bailing out again. you'll see.
