If you get your tree from a tree farm. The term "veiling" a tree does not apply. Those trees were planted to be cut down and I new on will be planted in it's place. With out people wanting real Christmas trees, the trees would have never been planted in the first place. Please discuss this with your wife and maybe she will open her eyes a little.
My god tinny. you have it made. up in those lush green forests of maine. i would kill to live there. i live down here in Mt.Laurel NJ. and yea we get snow and in fact it's snowing rite now but i live so far from the pinelands. but really u have it made.
tinny, up here in the outer 'rondacs we call the stump left behind- with 4-5 branches (or more ) a Tommy-- like from the Rock Opera Tommy, When cut off like this, ( polarding) one or more branches will actually become dominate and 15 or so years on will provide 2nd, or third cuttings !!! This being said with chistmas away with relatives, we will put up a plastic tree It was allways a treat to go to a distant great aunt who had throw pillows stuffed with balsum needles!
Tinny, that's a nice property you have, a snowy paradise! I was wondering about the stick your using to hold your camera in the video....is that something you fabricated?
