Props for doing it again - though you don't need to break the water with a rock. The biggest mistake you made was that you hit the water at a side angle and leaned back. :( Otherwise you had pretty good technique. Live and learn! I botched a flip off the toe on the smaller side (The 40ft cliff) and landed on my back... thankfully from that height I didn't hurt anything other than my pride. Well and my back, but nothing serious. :P

I just jumped off that cliff a couple of days ago. I gave the water a high five when I hit it. My hand was stinging for the next 45 minutes. It killed. I hope you're alright now. Those were the worst death sounds.

I jumped off the 2nd highest one which is about 60 feet but almost shit my pants when i got up to that one, you have to jump pretty far to clear rocks and looks like you lost your balance right when you jumped.
