@AirHogsHelis in beta there was no limit to how many u could have, and i dont remember what attack it was, but it had a high % chance to spawn them, so just spamming the 1 attack would get you a lot of worms.

i just want to say that i was orginaly a lvl 70 paly and i thot evry1 was gona go DK cuz of how they look and all the bells and wistles but they really had no function..i turnd out to be not only a hypocrit but DEAD rong the DK is an extremely fun class and i dont no y it is taking her so long to down something but im in frost and i down things in like 5-10secs and i can solo quests that are meant for a grp with some abilites wich i dont want to say aloud cuz im afraid Bliz will nerf em. try it!

I had the same feeling, and i decided for a while not to even roll a DK. But then i figured it would be like the release of BC. Lots of Shamans and Paladins. Yet in time, there arn't that many anymore. Don't worry Dk's will fade away slowly as soon as the rave passes.

first you have to opt in for a wotlk beta key and if your lucky you will win. And everyone should become unholy at lvl 58 i hit 5k crits with scourge strike it is really OP(overpowered). The best come is icy touch then plague strike then scourge stike becasue scourge strike is stronger when theres diseases on the target and if i do that i will hit about 2k non-crit UNHOLY FRIGIN PWNS

those are blood worms, i forget what spell it is but a blood talent makes some melee attack have a chance to spawn them, they fight for you, and i think their dmg heals you

you get a full blue set, weapon, trinkets, mount (including a free pvp trinket) from doing the death knight starting zone which should get you from 55-58 as well in about 1-2 hours.

dps or tank only, they dont have any spells to heal others, but they can spec to have blood aura heal party (probly raid with the new aura/totems system) for 100% of the healing they do from their dmg attacks (blood aura heals the DK for 6% of dmg they do which will also heal the grp if they spec for improved aura)

3: 2 blood 2 frost 2 unholy. they have cooldowns and abilities cost for example one ability requires 1 blood, another requires 1 frost and 1 unholy, and if you have have both blood runes on cooldown u cant use a blood ability until its done cooling down. there is also a x/100 power bar which u don't even ever have to use to kill stuff, its mostly for special moves that have time limit more power = more time its very fast killing with little downtime similar to rogue energy.

death and decay is the aoe that im using which works vs other DK bloodworms of course. it has a chance to fear whoever is in the area for like 2 secs.

the bloodworms do not scale with level everyone else is saying (i have only leveled DK to 60), by what other higher level DKs are saying, its only good at lower levels and at lvl 80 they will still be doing the same dmg/heal as the lvl 60 ones so you wont really notice it as much
