I personally think that the NES version is better because you start with all of the characters, enemies aren't so frickin powered up, and the sage, and ninja pwned, now on the DS version, you get the characters one after the next, the enemies ARE powered up, and the sage, and ninja are lame now, which sucks

Search for it for the NES.

No, Ingus is a guy... he's like the most masculine character of the 4. Inguz, Arc, and Luenth(<-suprisingly) are male. Its Refia thats female in the DS remake... it is kinda funny and umm...wierd that they did that, but oh well. At well they made the storyline a bit deeper, but still FF3 takes the cake for the most shallow storylines of all the FFs... either this one's or XI...

Don't want to sound rude but XI has one of the deepest and easily the most complex storyline in the series. It may be an MMO but they spared no expense in filling every nook and cranny of the games world with its own history and in great detail.

When you are about to gain a level stand close to the spring and drink after you level up. That way you will have more health when facing the Landturtle. Also after being transported out of the cave, re-enter it immediately to get some good equipment and magic. Remember to avoid the hole in the ground unless you want to gain some more exp.

in the ds version when you fall down the hole, you only have one character. The other characters you get by progressing through the game and then you get them.
