@Karlito7teen It looks to me like a Martin OM-28 reissue. They can be a bit a expensive, especially for your first guitar. Do yourself a favor and buy something like a Takamine and wait to buy a pro guitar until you can do it justice with your playing.

Before I was really into Citizen Cope a friend sent me this song on the day Heath Ledger died. He thought this song would help ease the pain of him passing, seeing as me and him were close. After listening to Citizen Cope for a while I finally looked up a picture of him. When I first saw him for a second I thought it was heath. Maybe its the resemblance of the two or the beautiful music this man plays but regardless I cannot stop listening. Truly a master of music.

I don't know if this is of much help, but here's what I've figured out... for the first chord I would play 3rd fret on the A string, 5th fret on the D string and open G string. For the next chord, just move one fret up on the A string. It sounds to me that he's using an A in the bass (5th fret, 6th string) at least for the second chord, but I'm not sure.

Hope I'm not too far out.

My interpretation of the song is that Judas is the narrators brother or someone close to him, "since I was the age to speak, haven't you been listening". He's been betrayed in some way and has come to DC for revenge. Judas finds the closest thing to the narrator, "found the woman that I love, and he fucked her down" and uses her to get to him.

I think Judas bribes her with drugs or money and in turn she takes him to his alley (where he deals) "she told him where I live, off ninth in the alleyway". The 3 golden bullets implies how personal the revenge is, and how he is shooting for his soul. Now as Judas stands across him with a gun aimed for his soul, the narrator plays his guitar as a weapon, "my voice it was cutting him up".

I believe this song is about struggling to not let drugs and other things overcome you in life, and personally, I think he's also speaking about choosing music and life as opposed to killing yourself with other things.
