Originally the body parts were carved from basswood and heads were sculpted from waterbased clay. Next... silicon molds were formed over these parts. Plastic is injected into the molds. The heads are hollow to allow the mechanics to be placed inside. Thanks for the kind words. I am a big fan of H S and appreciate his talents and his entertainment empire he has created over a lifetime of dedication. Remember... we can sleep in and listen to the replays...
