I don't see why she's afraid of the cat? Why don't she just grab the cat? (The neck-skin of a cat, even a full-grown adult cat, is so strong, that you can carry a cat that way without hurting it).
Mother cats grab their kittens that way. When a cat is grabbed in the neck skin it will usually keep calm.
And no, it's not animal abuse to grab a cat that way.
PS. Never grab a cat around it's neck. You end up breaking it's neck or choking it to death. If it's lucky to survive, it WILL kill you...

so your implying that my leg does not weigh more than one of your cats, im incapable of lifting it, and am certainly not capable of kicking your cat. you sir, are highly mistaken. for being 6' 3" 200 lbs, i think i can kick a cat into oblivion. and i like that the word "punting" is in quotation marks? since when does "punting" earn the special privilege if being surrounded by quotation marks, i think they would be better suited around "one of your 'toms'"
