This video was so touching. I know Ciara, she is a classmate of one of my patients. She is so beautiful. I had no idea until today what happened to Ciara. I pray that they find a cure for Ciara and all the little angels afflicted with this devastating syndrome. God Bless you and your family!

Ciara its a beautiful girl. My sister now its 16 years old and has Rett Syndrom. She was born normal and at 2 years old she forgot slowly, slowly everything that she had learned so far.

She has seizures and spasms. last may she also had spinal surgery and she is much better now. She makes us everyday happy life without her for our family its nothing, she is a very happy girl, smiles, as you said in the video these girls say so much without words. These girls are special.

This is the video from the fall. She's doing as well as she can be. Her seizures have been very controlled in the last few months. She also went from 36lbs in October up to 42lbs in February. She's communicating a bit more with eye gaze. She still continues to have a poor immune system and miss a lot of school.

our daughters are close to the same age; watching your video is like watching our own story as we saw our child go from "normal" to seeing RTT take her over. Ciara is beautiful like our B. sparkling eyes but still but trapped. thanks for sharing.
