What amazes me is that when I play the dhol (once in a blue moon) my arms and hands ache within minutes and I cant keep the rythm but people who are good with the dhol can play for 10+ minutes straight probably longer. Whats the secret? I know its training but is there a specif way to hold it the sticks in ur hand etc.
