  • incredible scene... Extremely beautiful. All that a friendship contains; a bit of unforbidden, unsaid crush, playful trust and loyal encouragement. Support, the strong "I'm here, always".

  • I have never seen someone so damn beautiful.

  • to bad ron got hermonie i expected to be harry

  • I wish i had a friend like harry

  • 1:33 harry's leg. BEST PART

  • The way he removes the locket in her he's still gazing at her. That's what you call love.

  • nice try harry....

  • lovely moment

  • whats the name of this song...?

  • @PacerStrong78150 Nick cave-O'children

  • When they started it was like have you ever danced?

  • Ooooh They're so cute! *-*

Love their friendship, best of ever :3

  • Imagine at 1:35 while harry and hermione were dancing, Ron just walked into the tent, stood and stared for a few seconds, then walked right back out.

  • @thekingofRIS I seriously thought it was going to happen

  • lol hes a bad dancer XD

  • Love. Love. Love.

  • this was a legend for ever

  • One of the most perfect scenes that i will never forget <3

  • :)Favourite...Friendship...Nice...<3:)

  • @jodiebaxter21 "O Children" by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds from his 2004 album "Abattoir Blues/The Lyre Of Orpheus"

  • why do you constantly ask for the name of the song??? search for it in the previous comments, instead of asking for it all over again....

  • Awesome scene.

  • wots the song tells me plz

  • @jodiebaxter21

The song is called "o childreen" by nick cave

  • Gives me chills♥

  • whats the name of the song???

  • love their friendship.

  • this scene takes my breath away really. its just, perfectly done.

  • favorite part in the movie. by far <3

  • I wish I had a guy friend like that. One that knows me better than anyone else in the world, but I never have to worry that he has any hidden agendas.

  • 8 dislikes... must hav been Ron

  • Comment removed

  • That was pretty good. I didnt like the ending lol, just walked away.

  • this scene is amazing! More amazing because if you've watched these films back to back and read all the books you can watch this confidently knowing there will be no romance in this what so ever. It's just two best friends comforting each other through hard times... it is so sweet!! :D !!

  • seriously, its hard to believe these are the same kids I saw in the Sorcerer's Stone. Things have really changed.

  • they're quite the little dancers. i wonder if anyone actually has such a strong friendship in the muggle world.....

  • This scene just sums up their friendship as Harry and Hermione...also Dan and Emma.

  • 1:32 - 1:36 i nearly pissed myself laughing at Harry :L

  • @Clodaghloveswestlife yeah, me too, LOL

  • I uncontrollably cry every time I watch this.

  • @poodonkey123 I uncontrollably laugh every time I watch this.

  • I think this scene is amazing, and the music on the back, it's absolutely perfect.

And it's such a great music . (Nick Cave: O Children)

  • I absolutely LOVE this scene! It's really fun and added an extra layer tthat I think was needed in the film! I love the song. I like the quirky dancing only thing is that it makes me sad to see Hermione and Harry all grown up this way, so close to the end :( love Daniel and Emma!

  • The song?

  • @lally697 O Children by Nick Cave

  • It becomes 8... well Twilight fans :)

  • @BurtePQ ....I'm a huge Twilight fan and love this scene....I love both franchises!

  • @Marlena128 mmmm... i just want funn... :P

  • best scene of the whole film

  • OMG seriously! Would people just stop complaining about this scene because it 'wasn't in the book.' The films don't have to show EXACTLY what happned in the book! If you don't like it, don't bother watching it, don't bother commenting and don;'t ruin this scene for the people who love it with your hate comments!

  • <3

  • This scene may be an add on, but it works brilliantly. Harry has relied on Hermione for much over the years as she is the smartest and most powerful member of their group. At her time of need Harry returns the favor by allowing her to enjoy life again, if only for just a moment.

  • god i love this scene

  • she look a bit like the little girl back from 1st film when she smiles :) lovely scene :*:*:*:***

  • i LOVE this scene, i read the books too and know this isn't on the book, but i love that they added this, with all the sadness and darkness that is going around at that moment, is nice to have a moment when they are just friends having fun like old times. It doesn't neceseraly have to be JUST like the book, if you don't like the movies just stick to de books, me particuraly i love both and i love this scene

  • if I remember correctly in the books Harry is a bad flirt at one point Hermonie says he is "tactless"

    Grazie mille J.K Rowling

  • This is by far my favourite scene in the movie ..It shows not only the close friendship that harry and Hermione have built up over the years it also shows that even when we are feeling down our best friends can always make us smile, in this scene you can practically see the friendship between the two..it was very well acted out ...The harry potter series has had an impact on so many peoples lives and i will be sad to see them end... JKR and all the actors/producers have done a remarkable job :)

  • @bexhornby awwwww :(

  • I love their friendship. (:

  • best scene ever

  • I wish this part was in the book...

  • Emma Watson has short hair now

  • (:

  • what song is this??

  • @ceshirer316 Children by Nick Cave

  • is that a real song, or was it just made for the movie?

  • okay, my problem with this scene is NOT the cute little dancing between FRIENDS (I can't stress this enough). my problem with this scene is the music, okay yes its talking about trains and kids, BUT the music itself....try this everyone who is reading this watch the scene then at 0:53 close your eyes and try and picture what kind of rhythm the music gives and they are alone in a dark room...I don't think I have a particularly dirty mind but CMON! I cannot be the only one who was thinking this?!

  • cute face Emma 1:38

    cute pose Dan 0:15

  • Yep that's true friends....:-) Beautiful scene.

  • my favorite part of movie! Emma Watson iz jus 2 cute in this part. her smiles, her sad faces. i think i luv the sad faces the best. and i dont even listen 2 country music like that but i like the song 2. everything fits. even the dorky dance they doin jus makes her look that much cuter! harry should have hopped on that a long time ago.

  • I like that you added in beautiful friendship cuz I ship Ron-hermione but I still like how he makes her feel all better

  • you can still see the young emma watson in this scene... like the wide-mouthed grin she does at 1:36

makes me cry that this series is nearly over :'(

  • ok this is officially driving me crazy ughh....why, jkrowling, why?!

  • Even though I don't ship these two as a couple, just soulmates (someone who you are drawn to because they are very much like you), I LOVE this scene. Man I wish I had seen it in theaters. And I'll admit, it almost makes me wish that these two had gotten together. I was sad when she pulled away like that.

This whole scene, the natural feeling of it and everything, is the epitome of what it feels like to fall in love. It really took me back to when I fell in love...

  • 2:04

    Hermiones thoughts:

    *wakes up*

    "Oh...it was harry.. not ron"

  • true friendship, being so close tot he relationship line but never crossing it

  • This scene is adorable :)

  • Why did those two not get together? *pulling hair*

  • Haha- those are some sweet moves, Harry ;P

But seriously guys, why does this have to turn into a shipping war? I ship Hermione and Ron and this is my favorite scene from the movie...possibly out of all the movies combined. It's genuine and pure, so just shut up and enjoy the fluff xD

  • @quasimojo8 its natural too, i saw an interview and apparently they were just told to improvise. I think dan & emma have/had/want something ;)

  • @smithers93 d'aw :) that's amazing!

  • Ron and Hermione/Ron shippers disliked

  • 1:26

  • this is probably one of the sweetest moments in this part of the movie

  • Is it just me or does harry potters and hermione grangers past flash infront of you when they are dancing?

  • Harry, your Daniel is showing.

  • @FSUtheatre Dan Radcliffe in in Singapore for his studies this time ((: Got another 15-year old British actor Patrick Hurd-wood replacing him as Harry Potter

  • WHen me and my friend watched the movie for the first time, we had already cried through the whole movie but when this came, we were laughing, screaming, crying, dying a little because THIS is true friendship! <3

  • I was wondering Yates like the pairing Harry/Hermione doesn't he? yes Harry and Hermione and friend good friend. But that it is rubbish in the book. jk wrote Harry didn't know what to do:p

  • I love that they don't try to make this romantic. It's just them being friends. ♥

  • whats the name of the song playing?

  • @iTsVaNnEh O Children by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds

  • *sigh* What could have...should have been. Beautiful scene.

  • @billiejeanqueen11 i think you mean kristen stewart looks like emma watson....because emma was here first....

  • @justratingvideos yup!!i LOVE Emma!!

  • @billiejeanqueen11 haha same(:

  • i honestly like Harry and Hermione rather than Ron and Hermione, but oh well...hahaha(:

  • I was speechless when I saw this in the movies.. it made my imagination spinning and I love when scenes does that! I've only had that once before, when Bella/Jacob is in the car and almost kiss in New Moon. I AM NOT comparing these two different books - I'm only saying that those are two strong, beautiful scenes...

  • this was so awkward...... but great acting nonetheless.

  • This was my favorite part in the whole movie. i meltedd also.. Harry/hermione.. i dont care what anyone thinks

  • At last, redemption for the H/H shippers!

I know they ended up as best friends, but for me, this scene alludes to something that once was. And maybe some lingering feelings/regrets as to what could have been.

  • HOW THE HELL CAN YOU LIVE IN A TENT WITH HERMIONE AND NOT SMASH?

  • HE THOUGHT ABOUT IT MAN...HE THOUGHT ABOUT IT LOL

  • 1:07 this scene FAILS :D

  • 5 people just can't understand how beautiful and real are their friendship...

  • this is the most awkwardest scene in the whole movie i really wish they didnt put this scene in. i cant believe they didnt put in as many ron and hermione parts and they didnt put actual scenes from the book?? but they put this in?? they didnt put the part where harry said he loves hermione as a friend!! a FRIEND!

    love anonymous

  • Am I the only one who cried?

  • @CowsTheBirdofTheWord i cried. because it gave me hope for something i know will never be :/

    im a H/HR shipper forever.

  • Now THAT is friendship.

  • @TogeticTheRuler fuck you bitch!

    I hate a hater!

  • we love this scene it was our fave out of the movie we wish harry and hermione would have been together not ron and hermione or harry and ginny

  • This is a perfect scene with perfect acting.

  • they belong together...in the books AND in real life.

its obvious they have a connection she will never have with ron.

  • @villesangel666 we agree

  • What a shame that they did :D@villesangel666

  • Friendship between guys and girls exists! take that "When Harry met Sally"!!

  • If I wasn' t for the books, I would've died for a kiss when I saw this scene in the cinema

  • The 3 people who disliked this was Ron,Ginny and Malfoy well malfoy because he would hate to see Harry happy

  • @popriness96 and me because i thought this scene was rediculous and fucking terrible.

  • wats the songs name?

  • @sourrocker O' Children by Nick Cave

  • I think...My ovaries exploded when I watched this.

It's not that I don't love the Harry and Ginny pairing, JK Rowling did a brilliant job writing their relationship. But Daniel and Emma have quite a bit of on screen chemistry, and also, I still think of Ginny as the little girl Harry rescued from the Chamber of Secrets....Not his love interest.

  • @FeminineOperaGhost ,LOfl. your first scentence made me laugh in the iddle of the cafe. TOO Funny...and The rest was also true

  • @FeminineOperaGhost LOL I love that first sentence. XD And I agree with you. :P

  • @FeminineOperaGhost exactly.

  • 3 people havee obviouslyy neverr dancedd withh someonee!

  • This scene is sweet, but I think it's a scene of FRIENDSHIP, it isn't meant to have a romantic connotation, it's made to show how much strong is the friendship between Harry and Herm, with him trying to soothe her sadness by making her dance and have a little fun in these stifling situation ( I'm not a fan of one couple in particular, that's just the way I saw this scene!)

  • What is the name of the song please?

  • @sapunec7854 "O'Children" by Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds ... it's on iTunes haha. (& someone also mentioned the title below) :)

  • @brittflax I noticed the minute I scrolled down. I am such a retard

  • I always think, since the first episode, that Harry and Hermione should be together.

  • O'Children" by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds music

  • Ron has disliked this 3 times

  • @MsBrightside182 well i dun kno the third one who disliked this, but i think Ron and Ginny[maybe wrong hehe] disliked this

  • "O'Children" by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds

  • what's the name of the song they're dancing :">

  • this is not romantic? you can cut the tension with a knife people :)

  • hehe they're growing up

  • Where are people getting that notion that Harry secretly wants Hermione? This was his attempt at making her smile.

  • oh, Harry, you're an awesome friend!

  • @CJTJ07 me too :) this scene portrays how close they are as friends and it doesn't feel romantic at all, just full of love. (if that makes sense) they have a perfect friendship, i think.

  • Best harry potter scene ever. period.

  • Aww, I loved this scene. Not even as a romantic scene, since, well, I'm a big Hermione/Ron fan - but I thought this scene showed Harry trying to cheer up his best friend with some sweet, admittedly dorky dancing. Two young people going through hell who adore each other (as best friends/siblings) - does it even need romance? It's perfect as-is.

  • @ryttu3k I agree completely. My heart was melted in the theatres as I watched this. It was the ultimate symbolization of their great friendship. They truly are like siblings :)

  • i think the scene is a good twist no matter what couple you like better

  • This seen is gawjus!! It brins tears to my eye's ... Hermione, just like about to burst into tears and then she starts smiling for a while because Harry starts up a dance ... gawjus!!

  • @Tigergir7 so wtf is gaw juss?

  • @happybunnysmiles i'm not sure but i think tigergir7 means gorgeous

  • anyone plz tell me the name of this song i m kinda of searching it plzzzzz

  • @TheTariq1990 It's called O'Children by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds :)

  • @BellaM266 thanxx man cuz i wanted to dance for this song haha

  • Comment removed

  • I think the one who dislike this is Ron hahahahaa

  • @BurtePQ i laught to that comment =DD

  • i just melted...

    SO cute.

i just about died in the theaters when i went to watch it.

  • the horcrux (as it did to Ron) just enhances negatives feelings and energy, and that's one of the reasons he took it off of her. not to make a move or be flirty or anything like a lot of people think. Harry clearly loves Ginny and Hermione clearly loves Ron. they're just friends and he's trying to cheer her up about Ron leaving. taking it off will help her feel a bit better while she tries to smile and brighten up. that's all. everyone calm down, haha.

  • Is it only me who sees the possibility of Harry being a little bit in love with Hermione? I can't deny it when I see how he looks at her... When he takes off her bracelet and gives her his hand as an invitation for a dance. Both of those things made me see that he might be crushing on her just a little bit. I don't know, what do you guys think?

  • @ericabandler Yeah, actually,i agree with you .I love H/H relation ship ! David Yates said that this scene was here for show that Hermione have probably feelings for Harry but she still love Ron ^^ Anyway,I Love H/H !!! more than H/R

  • @anou8 Oh really? Well, I think we see more of Harry's feelings towards Hermione in this scene, but I'm glad that the director finally gives in a little and admits that they have undenial feelings for each other!
