i love people with down syndrome. I worked with many of them...and some have inspired me. My neighbor in my teenage years had down syndrome and was in the special olympics for diving....poor guy tried to teach me how...lol..he would just shake his head and laugh saying keep trying but "you aint got it yet" he takes full care of his elderly parents now

Your daughter very cute. My daughter has Downs, she was born 7/14/08. We were in ICU for a week for a possible heart condition, she was released and her heart is going to be fine. My wife works at a Hospital for children that are suffering from cancer and other special needs, these kids are incredible! I have an older sister who has downsyndrome. She is about to be nineteen years old. She and I both just graduated from high school and she is probably one of the smartest kids i've ever met. She was in normal classes all throughout high school and still made honor roll continously. She's very bright, funny, and loves to hang out with my friends and I because she likes to feel accepted with us, which she is.
I have a friend who was born with down syndrome and blind and yet she has a normal life, is as independent as the next person, and has a boyfriend (who's normal and likes here for the way she is) as in here way she's actually cute ( sing beautifully by the way).

Me and my family knows a baby boy with downs who spends 4 hours a week with us. His is only a years but i can really see that his is reacting when i say his name and sometimes when i just laugh he just looks like me with this "you are a wirdo"-look. It's so cute! I'm 7 months pregnant, and have been told that I have a high possibilty of having a child with down syndrome, I opted against having an amnio, and am just so happy to be pregnant. I believe you need to make the best out of every situation, you get what you are given and no matter what the outcome you need to love and protect that innocent baby no matter what.
Your baby is a gift so accept it. you can dislike a gift given to you by a humanbeing but when God gives you a gift you should take good care of it until he takes it back. trust me you are going to be very happy. my first child is DS and I and my husband decided not to have the amino test in my second pregnancy and now we have a very lovely normal girl. best wishes

In my opinion people with DS are some of the greatest people you can meet they just seem nicer (just an opinon don't chew my head of if you disagree) I myself am deaf so I attend some special classes I am so proud that many teens at my school do not tolerate bullying of people who are diffrent
I agree! I like everyone, but people with DS just seem so happy and I like their smiles. People at my school are stupid sometimes, they say stuff like "oh, they eat!?!" and try to be funny.

I work with children with special needs, and it is the most amazing job a person could have. I have always wanted a DS baby. They are so adorable!

I have an older sister who has downsyndrome. She is about to be nineteen years old. She and I both just graduated from high school and she is probably one of the smartest kids i've ever met. She was in normal classes all throughout high school and still made honor roll continously. She's very bright, funny, and loves to hang out with my friends and I because she likes to feel accepted with us, which she is.

I have a friend who was born with down syndrome and blind and yet she has a normal life, is as independent as the next person, and has a boyfriend (who's normal and likes here for the way she is) as in here way she's actually cute ( sing beautifully by the way).

I wouldn't dare treat a person with down syndrome any different the other kids. They are wonderful human beings, like everyone else. Nice video you have put together, you daughter is so cute ^^

If we could all look past the stuff that is different...They are truly BEAUTIFUL Beings!!!! We have downs in our family and i have a few friends that have dissabilities. I won't treat them different1

He had stomach and heart problems so it was a chance that he wouldet survive but he did, thank god! He has some ear problems, but it is okei. Hehe, just wanned to say something about the cutest boy in the world. Your daugther is adorable!

Me and my family knows a baby boy with downs who spends 4 hours a week with us. His is only a years but i can really see that his is reacting when i say his name and sometimes when i just laugh he just looks like me with this "you are a wirdo"-look. It's so cute! I love people with dows cause they are so cute and their personality is to fall in love with! I'm am so glad that he is existing, cause he makes me so happy. READ REST OVER.

My little sister has Diwb Syndrom and she just turned 3 on Friday. We are so blessed she was born perfectly healthy --- no heart defects or digestive prolems at all. She's so small which makes her all the more adorable :)
She is a true blessing in our family as I'm sure your daughter is to yours.

My wife a I too, were delivered a huge blessing 11 years ago.
Megan will be competing in the National Special Olympics in May. She won her event and qualified just a few days back.

I'm 7 months pregnant, and have been told that I have a high possibilty of having a child with down syndrome, I opted against having an amnio, and am just so happy to be pregnant. I believe you need to make the best out of every situation, you get what you are given and no matter what the outcome you need to love and protect that innocent baby no matter what.

Your baby is a gift so accept it. you can dislike a gift given to you by a humanbeing but when God gives you a gift you should take good care of it until he takes it back. trust me you are going to be very happy. my first child is DS and I and my husband decided not to have the amino test in my second pregnancy and now we have a very lovely normal girl. best wishes

In my opinion people with DS are some of the greatest people you can meet they just seem nicer (just an opinon don't chew my head of if you disagree) I myself am deaf so I attend some special classes I am so proud that many teens at my school do not tolerate bullying of people who are diffrent

I agree! I like everyone, but people with DS just seem so happy and I like their smiles. People at my school are stupid sometimes, they say stuff like "oh, they eat!?!" and try to be funny.

loved it!! My daughter has down syndrome also, and i wouldn't change that for anything. So many ppl ask me if she's difficult to raise, but i think she's been easier to raise than my 6 yr old son! lol
