  • @mynameiszaccallaghan There is no double payment. You use a utility you are expected to pay for it. It does not come out of any fund.

  • QUESTION: If I wanted to use fix 96 towards a ROGER'S bill who would I send the bill back to. Ted Rogers or the Bank of Canada and how would I go about doing so?

  • Does anybody have a copy of the CPA act H-6 Sec 2.2 where it states that because I am not able to locate it on google.

  • @mynameiszaccallaghan In Canada all of our banks are federally regulated. In the US anyone with sufficient assets can create a bank and take people's money. They have no regulatory system and so they can blow your money on whatever they want. We don't have that problem here. As for paying bills twice... what the hell are you talking about?

  • Why is he wearing skull and bones?

  • all these posts are from a year or more ago were is rob now, does he still do lessons,or has he changed channels ,anyone?

  • 96 is for THEIR filing purposes. If you send a cheque or payment with the stub then it tells them to file it as a remittance. It's not a cheque, it's records management compliance for when they get audited. "On-Us" is an account definition field. 96 in the "On-Us" position defines this as an Accounts Receivable document attached to a payment. The account number on your personal cheques is also in an "On-Us" field. You have no clue what you're talking about.

  • Robert you are awesome.

You can make things simply understood.

When I red the code myself all I see is gibberish.

    Cheers and thanks a million.

  • Sweet:) Great video...I have been looking into the Freemans and this is totally correct. I have met a few people who have done this, and received a receipt with a zero balance. I am going to do this, return my remittance, I will come back and let you all know what happened :) Thanks again!!!!

  • I get it I think... so if enough people are 'duped' by the INVITATION to contribute their hard earned then the ON-US becomes the ON-THEM and the utility people get paid for their(our) jam.

  • So do you not have to pay bills at all? Does this only work in Canada?

  • What if they are sending out a coupon without the ONUS field?

  • What's the American version of this?

  • It's all good in theory...

I don't see any videos to conclusively PROVE that bills etc have been paid this way..

Let's see all the bills, charges you have had waived/paid by this method then we will all do the same.

I don't think that's an unreasonable request if indeed you are truthful

  • @stiddlyrehman He's not telling you to believe what he says. It is your duty to research it yourself. Like he said in the video if you don't believe it, it's on-you. If you want proof look it up yourself.

  • I would like "just ONE" of the thousands of people who claim this has worked to make response video that show a 96 bill that has been paid this way.

  • Well actually using the number on the back of your Birth Certificate can't be used as a account to pay anything. It is not a account you can draw on its just a reference number and nothing more. If you try to submit a bill in this way it will be sent back and a payment will be asked. There is no financial value to this number. This ideas has been floating around, but its useless. To try this would be futile.

    Nothing is for free,

  • What is the name of the actual act?

  • Does one simply write "accepted" anywhere? What about the number? Does one simply write that anywhere as well?

These finer details seem to be missing from a lot of your videos.

  • Is this law applicable to the United States?

  • I found this htt p://w ww.cdnpay.ca/imis15/eng/FAQs/bill_payment_remittances/eng/faq/bill_payment_remittances.aspx?hkey=90c2a9ef-feb3-41d1-b828-8f688120af83

  • ok, we dont have that on our "bills" in the u.s. Ive looked on all of mine..... it doesnt say anything about remittance either...

  • htt p://laws.justice.gc.ca/eng/StatutesByTitle/H.html .Found H-5 and the Holocaust Memorial Day Act, but I do not see the statue you are referring to. If you can help me with that it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and god bless you for all your help.

  • Robert, any reccomendations to the USA folk? are they out of luck? do you know anyone with extensive knowledge on these topics

  • is that the little red number on mine? B82473284728 or something

  • Does this apply to permanent residents of Canada, or only to citizens? however the answer is, it is very helpful to our Canadian economically struggling families, nice to see someone caring and educating us. thank you for everything you have done.

  • mrmitee, everything is good and we thank you so much for your Effort except that pen SCREECCHHH......

  • do you happen to know what to look for in the US? I cant find anything!

  • @Tekkhan I know. it seems a lot more gloomy for US..

  • Hi is it the same in the UK by the way thank you for your time and efforts to enlighen.

    Be Lucky

  • Does 96 apply in the UK?

  • Does this work the same way in the United States?

  • I wonder if this works in Ontario with nuclear power. Bruce Nuclear provides almost half of the province's electricity, and they are privately owned. Could it be that the berry bush is the uranium that they are taking out of the ground?

  • But surly you will only get your bills payed for by this method for so long i.e. until they decide to cut off your electric supply.

  • Thanks for taking time to Post Rob and I wish you well from Lincolnshire, not so Great Britain. :')

  • @tarquinfetherfope

Hi, also from over the pond, Yorkshire.

Is there any info regarding the UK? or do you know of a site etc where you could direct me. I understand the concept of the Strawman and Admiralty Law and find the whole subject fascinating.

  • Rob you rock,

Q: Is there any way to get my bond tracking number without my BC or with the newer BC?

  • This doesn't make any sense.

Most of these resources are extracted from Crown land, meaning it technically belongs to the Crown. The Crown leases the land to these developers and charges them royalties on the resources extracted. That is why the people of Alberta get a small payment each year.

No company in hell is going to open up, give the public as much free resources as it wants, and pay royalties, and pay taxes, and make a profit.

  • Does anybody know if a naturalized canadian is able to do this? If so how? and does the citizenship document have a number that is a revenue receipt?

  • yes it does

  • Anything like this in the US...:)

  • Can you put 2 Canada post stamp that equal a dollar or does it have to be a 1$ stamp?

  • "Remittance" can also refer to the accounting concept of a monetary payment transferred by a customer to a business. It does not mean that the sent voucher is of any monetary value.

  • There is only one legal definition, it is a specie of money, sent by one merchant to another. The invoice consist of two pieces, a bill and an invoice. One is the demand for payment, the other is the remedy for that demand, made by people who are profiting from the use of our resources.

  • Doesn't work, I tried on 80+ all tolled

    no worky for any

  • try again....

  • i love you

  • 2.2 MICR ENCODING ON REMITTANCES

Appendices I and II of Part II of this Rule. All specifications contained in CPA Standard 006

    (a) Amount Field: Character positions 11-2 inclusive shall be reserved for

    the Remittance Amount.

    (b) On-Us Field:

    i) Transaction Code Section: Code 96, to indicate it is a Remittance, shall be

located anywhere within the four positions of the

Transaction Code Section. The remaining two

    positions shall be blank."

  • Playing this game will land you in court or jail.

  • We already in jail with all the money they suck out of us!

  • I need to find out what that number is in the corporate US.

I first found out about you on a bulletin on myspace. Been spreading your name around ever since.

Thank you so much for the truth!!!! I have learned quite a bit and will continue learning. I just noticed on my electric bill that they are charging me for curbside recycling! $2.50 a month for doing nothing.

So sick of being taken advantage of...

  • @WanderingGnome

I wonder if there even IS a number.

  • check all your invoices and see if there is a commont thread...

  • speaking of sec 2.2, go to iijcandotorg search for s2.2, there's a disturbing act there, another reason to be a freeman. "pandemic" my arse!

  • I found it and not be searchin for 2.2 , I printed a hard copy too.

  • This is really great Rob! The word love comes to mind... it's so amazing all this! I'm from Montreal and have a Notice of intent/Claim of right ready to get notarized, just having trouble finding a notary who's ever heard of this, well I haven't called any yet but will today. My birth certificate only has an "inscription number" and another like QP-1234567, should I call them? Just got a speeding ticket, guess what? there's a 96 woohoo!

  • tigros please report back on your findings for the others in Quebec. Thank you.

  • mrmitee>> I have been following and studying your videos for awhile. THANK YOU for taking the time to explain it to all of us who are less knowledgeable. I'm not happy with the way I've been treated by my country and I'm sick of playing their games. I want to start enjoying my life proper, just a little unsure of the step by step process..., can't find one, so I have to piece it together and that's where I'm unsure if I'm missing anything. Jebus. Anyhow, you da freeman.

    Hi8

  • no give in to "ONLINE BILLING" this is how they get out of sending you a bill with "96".

  • Crazy Crazy Crazy

    Another click LOL

    The twilight Zone

  • hi rob! any idea where i can findout the uk equliviant to this 96? and if any one who see's this knows, pleas inform me.cheers yoleus.

  • gold mines, oil field, forest lumber, do we own them as well? If what's said is true,. then can we claim a part of the profit from gold, oil, and lumber companies as well?

  • Hydro has it on ours.

Bell does not. Hoever, maybe it does somewhere else according to this:

    (d) Auxiliary On-Us Field: Character positions 57-46 inclusive shall also be

reserved for Corporate Creditor Defined Data. It is an

optional field at the discretion of the Corporate Creditor

But I have no clue to where this refers. More hidden than that 96.

Oil for the furnace though, nothing. But I guess the oil is from another country and our oil is sold to other countries to bypass this.

  • The problem with applying this theory is that as described already, although the principle holds water and logically, legally and lawfully has credence it will arrive on the desk of someone that knows nothing of the processes that are in place to challenge the status quo. So it just gets sent back by them as incomplete or still asking for payment. I guess the point is that if enough of us do it it will create a sufficient backlog for them to investigate further.

Rob, has this worked for you?

  • Excellent stuff. Can you point me in the direction of anywhere pertaining to the UK??

  • mrmitee have you tried this? Do you get your utils for free?

  • You need to learn to pay attention. Payment through this process is not 'getting utils for free'. If it is paid, how is it free? I do not have any suitable bills, but I know people who have.

  • So, you know people who use this method? I understand it's not free, but it's money in the pocket instead of in theirs. How will the person who gets the thing that you sign and put your number on know what to do with it. I perdict getting a phone call... Hello Mr. F we did not get a check with your return envelope. Then what happens?

  • YAY you got rid of the squeaky noise! BTW, does anyone here know if there is a UK equivalent of this? What number on bills would UK citizens need to look for and where are the rules of remedy? any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

  • Even in America you sign your rights over with a birth certificate, or getting any kind of license. Its worth looking into

  • Watched the whole thing. Never heard of any of this before.

What I'd like to see is evidence that it works and doesn't have any consequences. Some guy with a vague theory is great, but if it works, why doesn't the video include evidence of that? If it did, this would be one of the hottest videos on YT right now.

  • this all sounds logical when you first hear it, and hell, it may even work if you try hard enough, but in reality, a REMITTANCE is a debt that you, the debtor, owe to the company in question, which is signified by the 96.

  • In reality, a remittance is a species of money, and is a credit instrument. Look it up. We may have been conditioned to believe it is a demand to pay, but it is an offer to cover the debt. Telus has already acknowledged it as a viable payment method.

  • this "revenue receipt"; search it up, you'll find something like this "on the back of most Canadian's birth certificate it says "Revenue Receipt No. A1234556 For Treasury Use Only". What this means is that you are property of the government and that a bond was created with your name or number on it that was pledged by the government to the bankers based in your future taxes as collateral on the debt."

i think omittance and remittance were confused. Although you can twist the words .

  • my birth certificate does not have a number on the back

  • Mr Menard-I was born in USA I live and work all my life in Canada. How can I get in on this freeman movement with out having a Canadian birth cert ?

  • rob would you please tell me if my new birth certificate number will work, vital stats canada from sask just sent me a new birth certificate and i only has a number on the front right hand corner starting with sk will it work? or is there a way to get the original number? also can this work with bills not having 96 upon them? thankyou so much

  • You know rob has a life as well and is very very very busy like the rest of us I would assume (not trying to speak for you rob) but what I am trying to say is give it a try and if it doesn't work you try again and again and again until you get it right...check out the world freeman society forms...think free forms...freedom and success doesn't come from waiting for others to try methods for us. Good luck

  • Do I have to establish my Claim of Right to the BC Bond prior to using the BC Bond # to settle my utility account? or can I start settling my utility accounts now with my BC#

  • Do you need to write anything in association with the BC #? Like an institution # for the Bank of Canada or something? How will my utility company recognize the BC # as belonging to an account that they can access funds from?

  • Oh wat a HEMPY NEW YEar it is! Thank U for the thoughts!!!

  • good find Rob!

  • Not Oh Canada! Oh Lucky Canada!

This age of information is so wonderful!

  • If everyone in Canada did this, all these services would disappear, because someone has to pay for it.

  • @adaminc

    Someone IS paying for it...

  • Adaminc - you are not understanding... They are getting paid though they value of the country... no one is getting ripped off

  • If this is possible, the money that would go to the Utilities to pay off the bills would come from tax money that citizens paid to the Govt, so instead of that money going to social services or what not, it is going to the Utilities. Great Idea!

  • No... you still hav'nt grasped it yet. That is not what's happening. Taxes have nothin to do with this. What you would be doing if you did this is: accessing your security bond account that was created by your "person". This "Person" is a resource to the country and generates income for the counrty through the securites exchange market. You are just simply accessing that account. Get it?

  • It doesn't exist like that, you can't just call up the Bank of Canada and say, I would like access to my share of the country, because althought it technically exists, it doesnt exist in a way that you have direct access to it.

  • @adaminic

    You are missinformed.

The Bank of Canada is NOT part of the Government of Canada so you you would be a fool to ask the institution which is lending the money to CANADA.

You can obtain access to the stock certificate with a Notice of Intent, A notice of Understanding and a Claim of Right.

I see no evidence supporting evidence to support your point of view adaminc.

    Patiently waiting your response.

  • ok i am going to give this a go. do i need to claim my BC ? i have looked into this if i am missing something i can not see it . their little diagram on page 44-45 shows all the fields and all the 96 i have on my bills all fall in the ON-US field .i hear some people are sending in letters stating what they are doing with the remittance. oh and does the account close out or is it just zeroed out . i guess i will find out .

  • what do you do if you birth certificate does not have the 'remittance' number on the back of it - there is a number on the front...is that possibly it?

  • It does not 'come back'. Once it is passed through the system, they likely destroy them. They do not return them like they do canceled cheques.

  • Where are people getting the red ink from? When in doubt.... Watch these videos again and again then read the acts. Youll get it after awhile....you have to understand before you can take a stand!

  • I have a cra remit for 6000. I circled the 96. wrote accepted diagonally to the left of it. do you write in red your initials or signature diagonally under it? the no. on the back. do you write it in red? do you write "RE: Rule H6 part II Page 18 2.2 MICR encoding on remittances" you know, so they will understand and then hopefully fuck off.

  • wonder if there is anything like this for US citizens

  • If you use this for something other then basic human rights (water, health care, education, etc.) I imagine you'll get in serious trouble. Like if you try to pay your huge credit card bill with this you'll be arrested and should be. I suspect OHIP in Ontario is simply a method or contract allowing access to this account for your health care service.

  • Actually I don't believe credit card statements carry the 96. It appears that its for any utility such as phone and hydro etc. But I could be wrong. Just not on any of mine. But on every utility bill I get.

  • MBNA and hwy 407 remittances have a code 96. i viewed both last night.

  • You send it to the place you normally send it to just without the cheque .. There are many trying this and are having their accounts closed so please be careful and make sure you understand what rob is telling you. Look it up yourself and be sure you can defend yourself if ever confronted and have to explain it to someone who doesn't know what it means or whomever may threaten to close your account. Dont copy and paste...learn for yourself and make you your best weapon. :)

  • what do you mean the accounts closed? I am about to try this with m,y cell phone and I dont want it to close the account

  • Can't wait to use this on my credit cards! (LOL)

  • Thanks the freeman known as Robert for taking the time to dig another one out and above all to share it with all of Gods creation!

  • One question - (btw you is a genius!) Do we send this to any place particular?, ie. like the Company CFO? or a Dept. of the CRA? etc. After all, this is going to be processed differently, will be involving the Gov't (Bank Of Canada?) ie. accessing the "Security" of our "person". And I am going to guess the Vendors will execise a certain level of "plausible deniability".... (thanks for laying out those references Rob)

  • i looked it up. there is no section 2.2 under h6 on the web site reference you gave. jim

  • Rule H6

  • right you are

    interesting stuff mon...

generally when i hear accepted for value i cringe

seen too much havoc to have much trust anymore

i like it when people can back up what they say

    thanks rob

  • we own [a share]of the common weal

its funny how we dont get a share of the spoils..so maybe we should be sending them bills...paying the ..money to govt only..govt gives it to the fed..[under the terms of bankruptsy/1933

we should be sending our own bills /remitances..to them...and draw on their 'birth certificated of incorperation..forming their inc persona

  • Should one deposit this afterwards at the bank and let the Canadian Payment System handle it? Maybe through an ATM?

  • Is it "accepted for value" or "accepted as value" and do I have to specifically tell them that it is a Treasury Receipt Number or will they know?

  • i noticed my rogers bill has the 96 but my bell bill does not would there be a reason behind this ?or am i looking at the wrong form? all other "bill's" i have have the 96 on there even loan payments to the royal bank . does the ink have to be in a color like red ? also where on the bill does this writing go ?

  • "required for you to exist as a human being in Canada"...is that right Rob? As a human being? Or as a "person?"

I exist as a human being with or without any system of commerce.

    Hue-man, to be precise.

  • thanks for the reply ZupaSC .

i already use tpuc and fmotl

and they dont have the info available for what rob is doing in these recent videos,

the number i was referring to was the 96.

what is the equivalent in the uk.

there is a 91 on my council tax girobank slip ?

  • Amazing! I'm from England, is there any advice for me to follow?

  • You could try forums on TPUC website or FMOTL website. I'm curious too how wecan do this in the UK. Free jam?

  • true, what the bible says about it , without this number 666 we will not be able to buy, nor sell, without it. but if we accept this number then we are doomed. revelation 20:4

  • those numbers seem to be part of the mark of the beast. the smart thing is to reject it not accept it. know reading into your icon on your t-shirt skull and bones

  • Abundance and peace results from acceptance of the value in the documents. If you reject it completely you must reject electricity, phone, internet and all the rest that is subject to the Canadian Payment Association rules. God wants us to enjoy abundance and peace. The SIN is the number to which you refer, and is not needed for this process. Peace.

  • If you're looking for the mark of the beast, look no further than your social insurance number.

I have yet to find a way to have a bank account without it.

  • As again Rob,very interesting

I am in the uk and we obviously dont have the same numbers

can you help or give me a pointer

Are there people in the uk who are memers of the world freeman society who have looked at this from our point of view

    love and peace bob

  • TPUC website has a load of info - just needs refining.

  • is this the same in the USA?

  • this shit is off da huk yo

  • great information and very good explained as always.

  • 1. Rob,... have you done this successfully and consistantly ?

  • Nope, but I don't receive bills either.

  • Hey, Rob! Thank you for the great info you are providing us with! If you don't receive bills at all, in what way do you get electricity and water, for example?

  • Covered in rent.
