Does HIIT training burn off the most fat? I need to burn off fat, I have muscle and it doesn't show that much cause of the fat surrounding it. Please Help!

it dont matter if you eat 3 or 6 meals a day aslong as the nutrition is right it does not make a difference but every body is different and depending on your bodytype and your goal u should cut back from high intensity cardio as your burnin well earned muscle and also putting strain on your nervous system

@MissMedoraaa Well if you choose something where you can only get 8-10 reps, you are going to build mass and size, rather than looking lean and cut. If you go with lets say 20+ reps, you will be building muscular endurance rather than strength, which is going to give you a lean look with "cut" but small muscles. I also don't like deadlifts, however, because no matter your form on them you can get hurt easily. I recommend you just do cardio like m100s and running, and bodyweight
@MissMedoraaa things like pushups, pullups, squats, calf raises, crunches, etc, because of your goals you dont want to lift heavy. The best options are just bodyweight, resistance bands, or light weights for your goals. Like Mike says, eat clean, remember abs are made in the kitchen. Good luck.
@MissMedoraaa Just try with the bar, and then keep adding up. you should try to hit really high reps, but still, it should be hard for you to get to the last rep.
But dont kill yourself doing 999 reps. Try 15-20 reps, and if you combine that with cardio (you can mix high intensity cardio, like m100's, and normal cardio like running)

@XBadBoyX74X I'm glad to have helped ...The problem can also be in your diet ....try eating 4 to 6 clean meals a day to spike up that metabolize. Drink plenty of water and be consistent with the workouts...and for extra fast results add the M100'S after your workouts hope this helps..;-)

@hazimtpg7 Pretty much what he means by clean meals is a nutritious meal like with vegetables etc.. He means stay away from junk food which is just fat and as the name suggests "junk"
I think the main idea that isnt really stated outright in this video but is definitely true is that the more muscle groups you work, the more fat you will burn especially if you are working the largest muscle groups which are in the legs. I hardly lift but i am a devout runner and I am ripped so cardio is a main concept that these guys definitely miss

@almomena You are OK with doing all my workouts trust me you won't ever get like the cover of those bodybuilding magazines. The work outs will tone you up and help with burning that fat. The body that you are looking for is achievable by following these workouts, eating clean 4 to 5 meals a day, and staying consistent. Now if your looking for something more of like a structured step by step plan, that guides you to that body you want to get then try out the system..;-)

@spidergaurdmaster Yes it is, when you only eat 3 meals a day there is to long of a gap period between meals in which your putting your metabolism in a coaster going down...when eating 4 to 5 meals you can put something in your system every 2 to 3 hours keeping your metabolism on a coaster going up...so your killing the one thing that will help you burn calories with eating 1 to 3 meals and that's your metabolism

i was talkin to one of my friends that goes to the gym and works on machines and i was telling him the exact same thing like: man on a machine ur working only one single muscle and i was wondering if he can put all the muscles worj\king together at the same time when swimming and shit. cuz when you do everything separate, i suppose it's difficult to put it all together when u need to.

Thanks guys your stuff works wonders im getting some pretty good muscle but I have a big stomach so I need to start doing dead lifts my stomach looks ugly since im a thin teen and I look like I have a beer belly

@XBadBoyX74X I'm glad to have helped ...The problem can also be in your diet ....try eating 4 to 6 clean meals a day to spike up that metabolize. Drink plenty of water and be consistent with the workouts...and for extra fast results add the M100'S after your workouts hope this helps..;-)

@hazimtpg7 Pretty much what he means by clean meals is a nutritious meal like with vegetables etc.. He means stay away from junk food which is just fat and as the name suggests "junk"

I think the main idea that isnt really stated outright in this video but is definitely true is that the more muscle groups you work, the more fat you will burn especially if you are working the largest muscle groups which are in the legs. I hardly lift but i am a devout runner and I am ripped so cardio is a main concept that these guys definitely miss

I have some visceral fat in my mid section I want to get rid of. People tell me constantly I need to do cardio cardio cardio. I purchased a book and it's telling me that total body weight training exercises burn more fat than cardio. I'm starting to believe it.

I love your videos your healthy attitude and the fact that you communicate with people, but I have a question and I am positively sure that perfect muscles can be covered by a layer of fat at times a person can feel where the fat ends and hard muscle begins. the question is do you think that belly fat for women is easier or harder to loose, and are the same workouts applicable, most women depend on dieting alone which gives a slim and very floppy effect. what would you say to females and mums.

@almomena You are OK with doing all my workouts trust me you won't ever get like the cover of those bodybuilding magazines. The work outs will tone you up and help with burning that fat. The body that you are looking for is achievable by following these workouts, eating clean 4 to 5 meals a day, and staying consistent. Now if your looking for something more of like a structured step by step plan, that guides you to that body you want to get then try out the system..;-)

@spidergaurdmaster Yes it is, when you only eat 3 meals a day there is to long of a gap period between meals in which your putting your metabolism in a coaster going down...when eating 4 to 5 meals you can put something in your system every 2 to 3 hours keeping your metabolism on a coaster going up...so your killing the one thing that will help you burn calories with eating 1 to 3 meals and that's your metabolism

i was talkin to one of my friends that goes to the gym and works on machines and i was telling him the exact same thing like: man on a machine ur working only one single muscle and i was wondering if he can put all the muscles worj\king together at the same time when swimming and shit. cuz when you do everything separate, i suppose it's difficult to put it all together when u need to.
