this is to people who are not Vets or members of the Service, there are many ways to serve your country. 1 that we do at church is we make gift boxes and send them to servicemen, cheap and easy. razors, deodorant, soap, just simple things that they need everyday. The USO or Red Cross will tell you all you need to know. They love cookies and candy too.
The song is beautiful, and it is even more meaningful being sung by these kids. I found it while looking for songs to do at church to honor our veterans, all of them. We still are still blessed to have a couple of WW11 vets, and from Korea, Veit Nam and the Gulf wars, My great grandparents fought in the Civil war one on each side,My dad was in the 101st Airborn in WW11 a paratrooper, My brother the National Guard, my nephew was a ranger, and yes I am proud of all of them
I am so grateful anyone who has family member at war or is in military I pray for my family members that at way I pray for all their safe return I really do! Back off for whoever hates marines,navy officers, air force, and army back off n go away and don't listen to this geez
I have to agree with everyone that those kids are great singers and this song is awesome it reminds me of my family members who are at war i pray that everybody's family member's that are in the war come back safe and sound thank you military
