Years ago I had a sheltie that tried to be. She figured out how door knobs worked only her muzzle was too narrow to get in her mouth so she could twist it open.
Jazzy is a girl dog with a feisty attitude but we love her dearly. She is very talkative since we talk to her all the time. She actually moves her tongue around trying to enunciate human words.
