That's a Korean cult. Kuk Sool Won does not appear in any historical record of Japan, China, the West, or even Korea. It's just a fabricated tradition.
the reason why kuk sool won doesn't appear in acient korean history or before the 1950's is because it was founded in 1958 by GM In Hyuk Suh and recognised in 1972 by korea as a martial art.
It is not a cut it is an internationally recognised organisation firstly recognised by Korea then other countries.
This post is not only ignorant but insluting to those whom are practitioners of the art
what is your problem with this martial art, how does it personally affect you that much u feel u must slander it, its grandmaster, its practicioners and students.
KSW prettifies their fabricated history by debauching Japan. We Japanese are getting fed up with Koreans' endless lies. Also people who don't know that martial art didn't exist in Korea watch youtube and sign up for the KSW courses. It's natural for the bogus group to be blamed.

the 3 previously stated martial arts were dissolved by the Japanese during the occupation in 1910 if you want to blame anyone for people taking the Japanese traditions and using it themselves. why not actually blame the Japanese instead of getting all pissy about it
Korean martial arts were dissolved by the Japanese with a nation wide ban of their traditions and forced learning of Japanese culture & traditions, only those that had already learned them could continue to practice in secret for fear of punishment by the Japanese oppressors. this isn't what I've read in Kuk Sool Won History. this is on the British history curriculum in schools nationwide. Are the schools teaching incorrectly also Omnipotent one
@Prezzo13 Please show me the historical records written before they were dissolved. Since the 17th century many Westerners stayed in the Korean Peninsula. If that is true, there must be a lot of historical records showing Korean martial arts.
more like gymnastics - with a title like "the matrix" i was expecting a run up the wall with a hang in the air with a roundhouse board break - i do this technique in training with 2 steps up the wall and it looks like the matrix for real!! -the longer you can hang in the air the better it looks!!!!
Here is the reason why it was called "The Matrix" Board Break. If you look closely at the 2nd video (you may have to slow it down), you can see me "running" upside-down before actually hitting the board. It is an illusion board break, and happens very quickly. It took well over a year to even come up with the logistics because it was so complicated to time out, and gravity just doesn't work the same in movies as in real life. LOL!

regardless of what info u show me it wont make a difference. because kuk sool won is based on the 3 main traditional martial arts
Sah Doh Mu Sool
Bool Kyo Mu Sool
Koong Joong Mu Sool
it has been recognised my korea as a traditional martal art.
slandering the organisation wont make a difference.

@Prezzo13 Those martial arts didn't exist in Korean history. All of that are fabricated by In Hyuk Suh.

I want a full explanation, if you can. Koreans lie, and then naive westerners like you will be deceived easily.

LOL You say Korean martial arts appear in UK textbooks? Please upload the original texts.

only practitioners of the martial arts were able to keep and train secretly in them after they were dissolved

Ah, thanks for the explanation! It's kind of hard to see it in person since it happens so fast. Now gimme something else to post! ;P

Wow, if you listen carefully on the first break it does sound like you hit the board about 3 times!!
