i think it looks awesome that you can walk around with seemingly any of the 493 pokemon following you like in Yellow. the steelix was funny and cool. i would have a ttar or salamence follow me around, or arceus.

Yes, there wasn't a trio for the Kanto remakes, why would there be a trio for Johto?

On another note, yellow for the original Kanto was no different except for the pikachu and team rocket appearances. Crystal was much different than Gold and Silver, so I'm not so sure.

When I was a little 6 year old playing my birthday gift a gameboy and pokemon gold and silver, I've always liked Ho-oh and never really cared about Lugia. I don't know, I was just gazing or something.

But now, I LOOOOVE Lugia a little more better than Ho-oh. Maybe because of how kickass it looks or I just like him for no reason.xD I still like Ho-oh. Brings me back memories.

platinum is actually worth the money because well since its the same game but different stuff(trainers levels are a bit up,new disoration world,battle frontier re-born,and new look arounds((different trees,and snow on ground and different clothes)) so i would reccomend you to buy this and its actually pretty awsome with new wi-fi stuff

Don't. It's not going to happen. I already knew these games were gonna com out because the names were in the save structure of DPPT, not Crystal. Also, FR and LG were remakes of Red and Green, but they did not remake Yellow. Doesn't even matter, this game will rock either way.

They had this planned for a long time. The data for a Gold and Silver remake was in the save file of Diamond and Pearl for 2 years, same with Platinum, which must mean they have been working on it this entire time.

Have you ever used Pokesav? Pokesav loads up the sav file opf a Diamond or Pearl game to let you edit it at will. In the structure of a sav file there was names called Gold and Silver, and you are able to use that on a Pokemon. So the names were in the sav file of the game.

No, there is an event coming out in Japan called Eigaken Arceus, when you trade it over, make it follow you and take it to the unown caves which will unlock a new area which you take Arceus too, which Arceus will give you the choice of either getting Dialga, Palkia, or Giratina. You choose one, he makes an egg, and you have a level 1 legend.

I thought only for DSI. I believe that the images of ho-oh and lugia are from the intro, but it would be okay if a sequence is created, similar to that of pokemon emerald, where Rayquaza appears to stop the battle, it would be very good.

I saw on one of a update that on Coro Coro scan that there is going to be a anime called 'Pokemon Gold & Silver' the characters are may,harvey(that guy you know...i don't wanna think about him)and a girl i don't know her name with a chatot.

People, it doesn't matter who's better, It depends on the team, man, if you were true pokemon fans, you would know that Typholosion would get killed by Feraligatr, but Meganium would pwn Feraligatr. It doens't matter what the starter is, it just matters how you build it and your team.

I'm going with cyndaquil! Typhlosion vs Feraligatr, Typhlosion all the way, Solar Beam kills Feraligatr, but Typhlosion would lose to all Feraligatr's water type attacks, and his ground moves by tm. It just depends on moveset, you want to have many different move types on one pokemon. Example: Typhlosion is weak to water but if Solar Beam hits, the water pokemon is usely dead if at a certian defense...

It also depends on their stats... Typholosion focuses on speed and attack, while Feraligatr focuses on defense and attack, but it all depends on EVs as well, And any pokemon can defeat any pokemon, in the games you go agianst what your starter is weak agianst, and win.
