  • Aloha studio4maui - It came down to five to three, Ward Penny and Lori voted against the FONSI, Warren Shibuya, John Ball, Ivan Lay, Jack Freitas and Donna Domingo voted in favor. I thought maybe Warren was going to vote with Ward Penny and Lori forcing Chair Kent Hiranaga to break the tie and to approve. That would have made it 5 to 4, motion to approve passes. Jack and Warren were the votes I was unsure about, when Warren made the motion to approve I knew it was lost. Bye bye birdie...
