Actually it was in 2007 that T.O. Contacted Bodylastics to develop his own band system b/c he liked them so much. What is featured here is not the bodylastics system nor was his product available at this point. What is seen here are regular rubber bands that can be found in any physical therapy office (which is how T.O. first learned about using these in training. Many Physical trainers today include this type of training in their routines now. This segmant probably came out prior to his version
