One question: is it possible that people didn't believe Obama's citizenship because he refused to release his birth certificate prior to his /second/ year in office? Maybe it had nothing to do with racism. I'm sure Baratunde would also argue that Trump fired Star Jones on the Celebrity Apprentice because she was black. it's very upsetting to alot of people ialso including myself when I realize that President Obama felt that he had to release his birthcertificate to stop the racist Donald Trump from attacking him in the media. And it also saddens me when I saw this racist asshole taking credit for what he thought of as bringing down the president to answer to him. It reminded me of when I read about how the slaves who were free would be arrested if they did not have I.D. My God this is the 21st century

I think it's completely unfair that as soon as a "black" man is critized it's deemed racist. Also what could be racist is the fact that Obama white genes and culture is completely minimized in everday reference to him. In that he is constantly called American first "black" president, he IS in fact America's first "mulatto" president, his mother was white! I do agree that the birth ID bs is wasting airtime but he has not done a great job with the economy, at all!
