Javid is good but he plays against Pac 10 D's. There is only one team in the Pac-10 who plays D and that is usc. CJ Spiller is the better back because he does all of the same things and he does them better against tougher defenses in the ACC so if I were a NFL scout than I would take CJ over Best. Best is good but CJ is the BEST.

Spiller is would be the 4th string RB at Cal, would be on the practice squad at USC, 3rd string at Oregon State, and 3rd string at Oregon. He wouldn't get into Stanford, maybe would see some carries at Washington or Washington St. I'm pretty sure they accept dumb athletes who try to get by on their high school reputation.

You're probably thinking of either Jeffery Demps UF or Trindon Holliday LSU both were pretty close to making the Olympic team for the 100m, Holliday just missed being in the finals and Demps posted a PR and junior world record when he ran 10.01 in the quarterfinals, Those two along with Michael Ray Garvin FSU were the only collegiate football players there.
